Everyone always super nice, friendly and helpful. Definitely #1 in customer service, Dan the owner goes above and beyond always, knowing his customers which is super nice. The entire staff is superb.

The Mt Lebanon senior community should be giving thanks to Asti's pharmacy for its proficient handling of the vaccine administration. My 88 year old mother was given her vaccine by Asti's when she was on four lists waiting for someone to come through. Thank you Asti's for caring!
Daniel Asti, the owner, was having problems contacting my insurance, and we had a back-and-forth exchange over text message - he contacted me. When I pointed out I've never had issues before and wanted to pick up my paper prescriptions to go elsewhere, Mr. Asti called me to yell at me. "Young lady, I've been doing this for thirty years, and I'm not putting time into you for you to tell me that I suck."
What kind of business must you have to think you can speak to your customers that way? I'm shocked this place has four stars. I only went to Asti's because my doctor mailed my script to them, even after I stated I wanted to stay with CVS.
Great place although I only talk to them to reorder a compound my pain doctor prescribes. They mail me the script. They are always polite to talk with & in a few days I receive my meds in the mail.
It has been 4 years since my last review of Asti s Pharmacy, and I wanted to make it clear that this is still far and away the best most customer focused pharmacy I have ever felt with. Having several health issues I rely on my monthly prescriptions, and Dan Asti is always available to help me if needed. How many owners/managers of a CVS or Walgreens would give a client their personal phone number for emergencies with their medicine?? None that s how many, but Dan, and Chris at Asti are just that dedicated to helping the clients who choose to use support their small town business. I love 30min away yet choose to drive that far passing countless big box pharmacies on my way just to use Asti s.
Just wanted to say that after 7+ years of being a loyal client here my opinion if anything has only gotten higher for this establishment. If I could have given 10 stars I would have.

The truly rare case of good, good people in a profession (the big, cold business of medicine) dominated by people who don't care and aren't kind. Our examples just since the new year: my father was released from the hospital with a pile of prescriptions late the evening of Jan 6, and I live a good 45 minutes' drive from Asti's. Asti's staff stayed on site to get me the meds he needed that evening, and were waiting for me at the door when I arrived to pick them up.
The following week, they made sure my dad (in category "1A" for covid vaccine because of his age) was scheduled him for both covid shots. Although the various levels of government fouled up every aspect of distribution, Asti's maintained clear and frequent communication (thank you, Chris Antypas!) and made sure my father got his second dose on time -- as they did with a large number of other elderly patients. The clinic personnel were warm and kind, but they also kept people safely distanced and got them through the shot and recovery in less than 20 min.
The same day we'd made the trip to Asti's for the vaccine, the physician's office failed to call in a prescription until almost closing time (and long after we'd driven the 45 min back to my house), but Asti's got the medications in the mail to us and they arrived the next day. Dan Asti is a complete gem, as is his staff. He remembers his clients, asks after them, cares for them, and makes them feel like they are much more than simply a number. A remarkable example of care; would that more medical professionals were like Asti's staff!
Hands-down the best pharmacy in town. I ve been a loyal customer to Dan Asti for over 18 years now. He would bend over backwards to help anyone ! Genuinely a kind hearted, nice man who truly cares about his customers. Dan & Jen built this business from the ground up and I m so proud of their success. With success comes more responsibility and nobody can be perfect all the time. I ve read some of the comments and the nasty reviews. Sad to see that But for those of you that have had bad experiences I can guarantee you if you called and spoke with Dan about it he would make things right. 18 years ago I started off as a customer but today I consider Dan a friend. Jen Asti and Chris the other owners I consider friends also. The whole team and Astis will work hard to make sure you re taken care of. I remember being on vacation about 10 years ago and desperately needed a prescription. Dan overnighted that prescription to my condo in Florida. Talk about service. I couldn t imagine or ever dream of going anywhere else. I read in another comment this place is like Cheers, where everybody knows your name and that is definitely true of Astis. Love it there and will be a customer for life. Thank you Team Astis for so many years of wonderful, loving, caring, efficient and excellent service. You re the Best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a great experience with Asti s pharmacy. There was a miscommunication about my order being ready for pick up. I went to pick up my medicine as I got a call saying it was ready for pickup. But when I went there, the person who works on compound medicines already left. But they were so considerate and kind enough about the whole situation and they volunteered to get the medicines delivered to my home.
But the owner (I assume) went an extra mile and made sure I didn t leave without the medicine. He called in the person who works on compound medicine (since she was not very far) and prepared my order immediately. Never had this kind of customer service ever in my life. I highly appreciate their promptness and kindness. They do genuinely care for their customers.
On top of this, I went into the store 2 minutes later than the closing time. They still helped me without being rude.
I highly recommend Asti s pharmacy.
Asti's did a fantastic job with my 90 year old mother who got her first covid vaccine. She got an appointment quickly and the staff was kind and patient. She said it did not even hurt. My whole family was very pleased with the professionalism and kindness. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
