Had heart surgery and there were some proplems. The treatment I got on the ward from the doctors, nurses and orderlies was superb.

A private hospital which is in the arrangement with Maccabi health fund. The hospital has operations, tests, surgeries and more ... The hospital staff is attentive, professional, quality and caring towards the patients. Free underground parking is available.

I received treatment at the Assuta Medical Center in Tel Aviv, the specialist clinic and I was completely disappointed. Of course I will not go back there anymore!
The expert finished the treatment only after I filed a complaint (and thanks to her he will say that she at least referred to my complaint for a change ...) but she also managed to break my tooth while undergoing treatment, and therefore she does not accept responsibility because it is an old bridge !
In addition, I paid NIS 740 for a periodontal surgery that was canceled, I have already contacted them several times, I also complained in writing, nothing moves them, simply do not want to return the money!

The premises are clean and comfortable. Moving around the hospital is free and safe. The hospital has a cafe and a canteen with home cooking. We got surgery with our children and the service was reasonable. The clown was lovely but very busy and we were three in the room. I would expect a private hospital not to overload so much that there would be three in the room. We also had to ask that they bring black coffee and tea to the kitchen and also that the cleaner brought sparingly and also the coffee and tea were the most inferior kind. You would expect a private hospital to fill the tea and coffee at the beginning of the day and in a normal kind like Elite Wysotsky.

I had surgery here. A most pleasant hospital. 2 people in the room. Clean and tidy and the nurses are very attentive.

Everything is very clean and modern.

I asked for a rough estimate for a friend who has a certain disease and needs a specific treatment or just a couple of variants. No rocket science. We needed that to start a funding campaign. They refused however to provide any cost estimate, not even a rough estimate, but insisted we go through the whole rigmarole/bureaucracy of medical records review first. Quite unfriendly impersonal communications well. That way they lost us as a customer.

I am Nana Ronen I underwent a very complicated and very complex operation. I really appreciate and love Prof. Alon Ben Nun. A very humble doctor, speaks and explains everything in an amazing way. Private hospital, at a very high level, very clean, personal treatment above and beyond, dedicated and professional care, it is a pity that there is no emergency room or emergency response, if we have already built an excellent hospital, a pity that there is no response to an emergency.

Personal attitude, and very professional and courteous staff. The whole place looks really new and clean. Doesn't really feel like a hospital ..

If you need surgery then only in Assuta!
I did a pocket surgery, the operating room staff was very nice and calm, in the waiting room they gave my family all the information about me at the time of the operation and after not letting them worry. I got an amazing attitude! I swore to hospitalization overnight .... The nurses were very worried about me. To my surprise the food was delicious. Everything was very clean. There was no hospital smell. The rooms are spacious with up to 2 deaths per room. Visitors are not expelled.
Really a hotel experience in a hospital.
