Awful experience. I would never recommend this to anyone. Theft happened in the car. Management knows about this but did not do anything about it. I lodged a complaint. No response what so ever. Please stay away if you can.
These guys are thieves. They stole a watch. Dont't give them your car.
Well, if you get tired of circling the area looking for a free spot to park, this place will accommodate you for, I want to say $10 bucks an hour. They work with you a lil bit tho.

This company is awful. They will damage your car and hide the damage until you have left the area without filing a police report or insurance claim and then avoid contact with you and your insurance company. For three days of calling by me and my insurance adjuster they have "taken messages" without callingback. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO LIVE UP TO THEIR SERVICE CLAIMS.
On our last day a valet brought our car at 8AM, as requested, and he insisted on backing it in so we could just drive out after loading all our stuff. He then rushed away without waiting for his (usual) tip. In the chaos of loading up we did not do a close exam of the car as the driver was already gone.
Two hours later and 100 miles away (the first time the car was put in reverse and attempted to use the backup radar) we discovered that the valet driver had backed into something that bashed in the right rear bumper destroying the radar antenna on that side. He also turned off the monitor system that went into constant alert tones that would warm us of the damage. HE HID THE DAMAGE A RAN OFF IN HOPES WE WOULD LEAVE WITHOUT SEEING WHAT HE DID.
Miami Beach has handy municipal parking at a much lower cost. DO NOT BE LULLED INTO THE CONVENIENCE OF A VALET SERVICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE AT ALL!
