Great place. Everything was on time. We had delivery for them, they took care of everything

Check in start at 22:00 with security guard. Staging area outside the gate for 7 trucks.
Get call around 4:40 for a door. Apt was 07:00. Check out 09:00.

Not impressed...
1st to check in at guard at 2200..
0355 phone call
Back in door..
In door 1.5 hrs not began to unload.
1st time here... most likely last.
But prime can back in next to you and start to get unloaded.

0850 still in the dock...
5 hrs still not unloaded

Great place to deliver to. Good parking and just over all nice and polite. I enjoy going here.

they are very helpful and friendly and nice people. and they do get you in and out of there. the restroom is clean and warehouse is clean. also the security too. I would deliver there again.

Good receiver, overnight parking for 7-10 trucks, checked in at 9 am, out at 11:30 am, lumper was 179 $ for about half of the trailer. Only thing that bothered me is that I had to drive thru the mountains for about 120 mi, cuz I came from Cleveland, everything else was nice.

Wonderful people to work with everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, took 4 hours on a very complicated load. Limited parking up front, clean, well maintained yard. True professionals in every sense.

This is the gold standard in grocery warehouses!

Quick in and out, professional and decant security guards,and the same for the Capstone lumpers..I look forward to coming back ..

7 pallets, 3 1/2 hours. Put me 1 hour late for my next drop.

As advertised ...This place is slow for offloading. Checked in at midnight, appt for 6am...In door by 6am, still in door waiting for lumper price and it s now 9am...Freaking crazy!

Just arrived 2030 1/2/19 for a1/3/19 0600 appt time theres overnight parking outside guard shack about 7 spots but they were full but I was allowed to park along side inside fence maybe extra trucks can park inside gates after checkin if full outside parking was told they start unloading around 3 or 4am and will take early

Overnight parking outside the gate. They call you on your cellphone when they have a door. Capstone Lumpar inside; 19 skids $90.

Poor costumer service, poor service and no fast service.

This place is a joke. Refused to let me watch the product being unloaded, then wanted me to sign stating it was short. Not coming back to this craphole...

Staff great, overnight truck parking available outside gate. Arrived 2300 for 0430 appt. Out by 0630.

Truckers avoid this place. Extremely long time to unload and receive the paperwork

Fairly quick overnight parking available will deliver again

They are very conscientious about their products and customers. They are a wonderful co-op to work with.

Great experience , got held up at shipper so I ended up coming up here to the customer and they allowed me to park overnight so I could make my 730 am appointment which they actually gave me a door at 4 am

Backed into a dock 1 1/2 hours before my appointment time(0430). It is 1400 and still waiting. Avoid this place

Got unloaded ahead of my appt time. Took 2.5 hrs on the unload but had ice cream which has mixed ti-hi's here. People are very nice and has limited parking for overnight.

Another Capstone lumper. Slowest lumper service in the country.

The only reason that I am giving this post one star is because of the fact that I was automatically assumed to be a d*** because of the fact that I drive for Western express we show up when we want we never show up for appointments when we're supposed to and the load that I apparently had was already rescheduled ( wich i had no clue about because i picked the load up at noon the day before) I drove 637 miles Just to be here on time because I called ahead and asked what my appointment time ( 4am not the 6am that i was given by my company ) was because I know that our planners don't always put down the correct time but automatically even though I'm here on time the loads not shifted I came in there with a smile on my face the guy at the receiving desk automatically assumed I was going to be a d*** so Cheers to you i hope all our loads continue to be late i hope all pur drivers are complete Asses with you because karma is comming for you my friend!

Horrible place waited 8 hours to unload 2 pallets and told me they dont care never return stay away they will steal from your truck when you are inside

If you compare this with other east coast grocery warehouses. ..in a class by itself...friendly people and onsite parking and they take you eatly..what more can you ask for

Friendly, but unaccommodating. We were held up by the shipper the night before and could not make on time delivery. Rescheduled for 4 days later on a holiday weekend and would not work us in.

Freindly staff, parking available. Long unload times. Catch up on sleep.

Solid guys in and out pretty quick with reasonable lumper fees

God forbid if you run out of your ELD hours and ask them for a favor that if they work the driver in for being 3 hours late. They want him to come back in 2 days

I pay the lump and am settling there for about one hour to get my paperwork back, I would not book no load to come back over here

I was 3 hours late cause of a snow storm at my hometown in PA, Been here for 18 hours and still waiting.

Disgraceful place to unload. I arrived here at 4am in the morning. Now it is 11am and I'm still not out of the loading dock. Very unprofessional people in the warehouse. Avoid this place if you can. I will never come back to this location again.

This place sucks. Slow as can be. There is no reason for a place to be this slow. The lumpers they have working here is the problem also charging $409.00 to unloaded a truck.

Cannot complain; I had 4 am appointment with 83 pallets to breakdown. They were done within an hour and a half. I was told the amount to be paid for lumper. While waiting in door for a code, I fell asleep and woke up at around 9. Nobody bothered me throughout my nap. Nice people, a few spots right oitside to park if needed. I wouldn't depend on them to be open if you're planning on driving straight through. Rest areas on the way are usually half empty, but both of them are 30-45 minutes away.

They have 10 trucks with 4am appointment and only 2 lumpers, it depends how lucky you are, they may start unloading at 4 or 7 am no matter how early you checked in between those 10 trucks. It's how they work here on Sundays, BUT they are nice and has overnight parking...

excellent price to do deliveries and even nicer because it take them too long to unload you that gives you time to sleep love it

Very pleasant pace to deal with, quick unload overnight parking and they start at 0300. Not busy and friendly people inside unlike any other north east grocery distribution warehouse.

Pretty easy to get to have parking and get you out in a pretty timely fashion not super quick but still better then most.
