The waiting time at the reception desk to make a form is 2 hours. Plus medical care ... So wait an entire shift there to get out of the car. Shame!

Worst plan I have ever seen, I am more than 5 hours sitting at the reception waiting for a transfer to operate a strangled hernia and there are no vacancies anywhere. I have already visited several places on my own and there is no shame.

I was diagnosed with covid and I am treating with a private doctor because you do not offer and recommend any doctor or clinic capable of following up with the treatment. This doctor of mine who is treating me asked for a battery of blood tests, the plan was unable to indicate ANY clinic that does the home collection or has a laboratory to perform the necessary procedures. After much research I found a clinic, the clinic asked for authorization, the plan authorized part of the exams, one in particular was not authorized, without any justification. All of this took my time and delayed my treatment for this disease. After the exams, the exams take 20 days to be ready. What does that solve me? I have covid, I need urgency and assistance.

You are terrible, you talk about health and you cannot pass the minimum security to your patients, your services are not useful, your assistance is terrible.

In short, I pay a monthly plan AS SO MAX QC and I am doing my entire treatment PRIVATE because my plan does not have the slightest capacity to guide your patients.
