Horrible traumatic experience. Resources lack attention to details. After surgery, I was in excruciating pain without nursing support. When the nurse came around, she told me she taking care of someone else who was more important.!?. When I was ready to leave, I sat in a wheelchair for 10 minutes, waiting (precovid).

I just had surgery to have my gallbladder removed. It was a scary thought of having to undergo my first surgery, but to be honest, I don't think I could have asked for a better place. I felt safe and secured the whole time there. The staff were all friendly, even when undertaking this all in the midst of a pandemic. I'm very grateful for the staff at the center. You guys are awesome and to my nurse Tom, and my surgeon Steven M. Young and my anesthesiologist whose name unfortunately escapes my brain at the moment, you guys were the absolute best! Thank you for your service to my health! Forever grateful!

My 80 year-old mother and her physician have been trying to get her records transferred for 5 weeks. Several contact attempts have gone unreturned. I called and was assured that a supervisor would contact my mother, but that did not occur. It would have been nice to at least get a call stating why they cannot comply.

Awesome! Fabulous! Spectacular! I had my plastic surgery done here and it was smooth sailing from start to finished. Staffed well educated, friendly and always on hand to help the patients. I applauded to the preop nurses: Michelle, Alison, Lizzie OR nurses: Noel, Kelly, Dr. Mitchell Recovery room: Gladys, Chris They all did a super awesome job. They made me feel at ease, always checking on me every seconds making sure I am ok, all my needs were attended & met. Dr. Mitchell (anesthesiologist) super excellent I was in great hand. Thank you very much all!!!

Dr. Gill is amazing. The whole staff as well. Everyone was compassionate. Im a control freak and DO Not like being out of control of my body, and took care to calm my anxiety. A team here.

I cannot say enough about this place. I have had to have two procedures done in the last 6 months. Both times the staff have been friendly, supportive, caring and professional. They don t rush your questions and they take time with answering them in away that you feel confident that they heard you. They are always on time. They communicate well. Their place is as clean as you would hope but cleaner. The staff is educated and work well together. I don t think I have ever been this impressed with a medical facility.

I've been here several times and it's very clean and well organized. The nurses, anesthesiologists, front desk are all wonderful. Bonnie was a great nurse!

Staff was caring and attentive. I felt I had the best of care.

Had surgery there yesterday and all I can say is WOW! The staff there is amazing. Every last one of them. Super friendly, personable, and professional. I highly recommend them. Shout out to all the sweetheart nurses there, Laura, Kathy and Christina.

Caring and super friendly staff. They made me feel comfortable and cozy before as well as after my procedure. This was my first surgery ever in my life and they were were very supportive to my needs and concerns.
