I have been given the run around for one week by rude, uninterested 'customer service'. I was even hung up on. You people are horrible with your third parties. You don't make it clear to your clients what and who they are actually signing up with. I would never recommend this insurance company to someone who is looking for clear answers.
Logan and his team including Micaela and Abby are top notch. Logan was very helpful saving me money on my homeowners and auto insurance last year and the team as been extremely prompt with random requests like adding and deleting cars from my auto policy during the last few months. It's hard to imagine a better experience.
