Just collected my keys for Vertu Resort. The collection of the keys was truly memorable, where Aspen Group staff were really professional with the handover and patiently answered all my questions and doubts. I was very impressed with my unit (it has very minor defects) and my children are thrilled with the numerous facilities found in the condo. They can't wait to use the facilities. I am a happy owner and will surely recommend this condo to my others friends and family. Good job Aspen!

bought a unit which handover by aspen group without proper check, the unit is having water leakage, made complaint, made complaint on May, until now no repair work done by Aspen, giving all sorts of reasons of MCO. When asked about defect period , none of them respond, especially Stacy who handling this issue earlier, now no response, my defect liability expired without even a single defect rectifying work done. this handled by Thung from aspen construction department. Until now , my new unit still having water leakage problem and none of Aspen are responsible for handover such a unit to me.

Guys, bring your case to Homebuyer s Tribunal and to the Ministry of Housing and Local Government. I think no point just rant about it here. Go approach the authorities if need to.

Best developer. Distribute 1000 goodies bags to the needy in Penang. Also built a 2M PPV for vaccination.

Lack of communication between sales and project team. Brochure not updated. Sales team not professional.

Avoid this developer at all cost. After submitting the defects for one whole year. There's no single response being given back by the developer or rather their so called "investigation report". Please ready to accept the build quality or premium customer service if you still wish to proceed with this developer. :)

Rude security guard !! Dont know how to respect people . Come to Malaysia but act like own his country .

Collected downpayment from buyer before building plan approve and project delayed for more than 2 years. Still empty land.

Call to find up something the Chinese receptionist is not customer orientated, once you say thank you she just hang up. Even drop by at the sale gallery, she not even great but straight away ask who I'm looking for in Chinese but when she spoke to the staff, she's very polite!
