RIP off!! Do not fall into this SCAM! So many fees a year plus your monthly fees. Save your money!!

POOR: We attended an owners weekend (Dec. 2011) to be told we needed to convert from Interval International to RCI due to current management not using Interval anymore for vacation exchanges. The salesperson stated a "conversion fee" was needed to switch over from Interval to RCI and membership fees must be paid to continue usage of our timeshare. This "conversion fee" of $2,990 was paid to ASNY with the understanding that we needed to be RCI members. Talking to other company employees outside the sales department we have found out that we could've stayed with Interval and continued to use our timeshare. I was mislead into converting from Interval International to an RCI membership when it was not neccasary to use my timeshare. Calls placed to Soliel Management were not handled in a professional manner to dispute this problem. I have once again paid for something that is not required to stay at our HOME property in Las Vegas. If only the employees showed such diligence in keeping the Thati property owners happy as they do for wrongfully stated information in order to get another "conversion fee"!
