I have read many negative comments from this company, I have been in a course with them without charging a penny, and the lady who gave the course spoke of a couple of clients who had called Asitur (Asitur leads Seguros Bilbao, Helvetia or Catalana Occidente among others), requesting insurance assistance to open some handcuffs in a position that you understand, because they had lost the keys, this among other niceties. Anyway, counting potential employees who don't even know if this kind of intimate customer thing is going to be. You can imagine the confidentiality of this company, I don't know, but boy does it seem fatal to me. Clients as people who are must always be respected, not to mention having people doing courses without paying them and without registering them at all.

That can happen to anyone, but what is not normal is that you claim it and do not make a damn case, even sent photos and e-mail proving that the company of Tombelo cranes were the cause of the damage. Two months have passed since the claim and they have not deigned to get in touch. When you call by phone they tell you that the person in charge of the incident will contact you in the next few hours but it is all false.
This information is for other users to know the bad service of this company.
Keep in mind that you operate with other insurers such as, for example, in my case Pont Grup.
