Asian Motors Limited Review

Bought a 2014 dodge charger pursuit v8 06/10/19 and it runs smooth, who ever buffed it messed up and I contacted Ali and he resolved the issue by offering to send me a $100 check, It cost me $250 to buff. Drove 275 miles back home with zero issues. There was no pressure in the buying process and everyone was friendly. Wiring for the center console that was put in at dealership isn't right.

UPDATE- Since having the car ive had to replace both upper and lower control arms in the front. Have the entire car re aligned. There's a rattle under the car when driving over small holes or bumps in the road and the wiring in the vehicle is messed up.

These guys don't do any work or quality check on their vehicles what so ever they rig the things to look and drive good for a bit and slap unreasonable prices on the vehicles so you buy the vehicles then it's you're problem. Honestly if you buy a vehicle inspect it in person and have some knowledge about cars or your gonna get screwed.

My wife and I drove all the way from Nashville to purchase a Tahoe at Asia Motors after a recommendation from a friend who have purchased at Asia before. As we drove up we saw the Tahoe we were inquiring about ready to be viewed on a pretty crisp evening. We were greeted by Sam who was absolutely incredible, so incredible my 9 year old asked if we could go back just to hang out there haha. Sam was our salesman and helped us get the best deal on the USV. I have always been weary of car shopping and both Sam and Rehan put mine and my wife mind at ease. It was such an incredible car buying experience, they make you feel like you are 100% family. If you're in the market for a used Government vehicle, I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this place. 10 out of 10!

Superb Buying Experience. By far sales man Gerardo is the best in the whole dealership! He will go out of his way to do whatever you d ask if something was broken on the car he d fix it himself and it s not his problem to fix it but he will do it himself. Everyone go to Gerardo the sales man very honest humble and extremely nice sales man.

I bought a 2016 Charger from these guys back on 28 DEC 2019. The car was amazing then, and is just as amazing now. Runs beautifully, no mechanical issues whatsoever. Excellent customer service, lots of inventory, and quick purchase! Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking for a good car and doesn't want to pay those crazy dealership costs. I will DEFINITELY be going back one day for another vehicle! Great job guys!

I own and operate a Farm in Indiana, the family and I purchased 3 vehicles from here and have been thoroughly satisfied with every vehicle! From a humble ownership to a great sales team and very knowledgeable office staff I have no reason to shop elsewhere! If you want a dealership who will treat you with respect and make you feel like your part of their family I suggest you stop by and see what they have to offer.

Bought a '15 Explorer that seemed great for two weeks until the timing chain started squealing and hemorrhaging coolant from a failed water pump. They pumped it full of Stop Leak to get me off the lot then laughed in my fiance's face when she called. They told us our complaint would be "a drop in the bucket" compared to their Google reviews. These guys are con artists. They even tried to sell it to someone else as I was walking in with the check. They have the employees pad the reviews every time a customer complains. Absolute scumbags.

It was so hard to find my Caprice PPV in Arizona. I found a 2014 at Asia Motors with 45K miles. I communicated with the owner and they agreed to hold it for me. I flew in from PHX to Chicago and loved the car. Transaction was easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. No major issues with the car as far as the dealership goes. I had to spend about $1500 in cosmetic work to cover the antenna holes and spotlight and a fresh paint. The car is flawless. Had it shipped back to Arizona and they FEDEx the title within a few days. Good people! Good dealership!

I bought a used 2015 explorer k9 equipped vehicle sight unseen. They were honest, responsive and pleasant to work with. There was a minor electrical issue when the vehicle arrived and they stood behind their vehicle and took care of it. Great transaction.

I made a recent vehicle purchase the dealer very much misrespented. Once it arrived I found out it did have a spotlight when I was told it didn't. I was told the vehicle was checked out it arrived making a horrible noise. Holes were not sealed, Water coming in everywhere. Honestly don't exist with this dealer.

Best customer service and over the best stock of police vehicles in town.

Purchased a Ford Taurus car runs great. The few things I hated from it. Horn doesn't work,Aux doesn't work & both back passenger windows don't work only works for the main one driver side. Check before you buy etc.

Excellent experience. I was shopping for a Tahoe and came across with their website. They have a huge selection of them and I was very pleased with the whole buying process. The staff was very helpful and will go an extra mile to help you. The only thing that they should work on is try to get all the vehicles at one location since they have couple of storage lots where they parked their inventory also and sometimes it takes a bit of time for them to locate the cars. If your looking for a great customer experience Asia Motors is the place to go!! my wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours to check Asia Motors out. After talking with Rehan and G and how they operated we left feeling pretty confident we would buy from them, but we wanted to check out a couple other dealerships and see if we could find a better vehicle. After a couple of weeks of searching we drove back to Asia Motors and purchased a 2015 Tahoe. The transaction was easy and there was no pressure to buy..I have recommended Asia Motors to several of my friends and will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Huge selection of ppv vehicles. I almost bought a chevy tahoe from here. But then I decided to get a bmw 5 series for the same amount of money.

Got two different quotes on price for the same car, the second one higher than the first. They only had one young man helping people look at cars while three or four other people were sitting inside. The pricing seems decent, but buyer beware; these vehicles have definitely been pieced back together. If you're willing to gamble, go for it.

Best dealer I have ever bought a vehicle from. Organized, friendly, everything went flawlessly. I called about a 2013 Tahoe SSV 4WD with 27k mile and was very skeptical at first since a 7- year- old Government rig has such low miles but the owner Syed assured and proved me that the odometer is the actual miles. I was more worried about some of the cosmetic blemishes but one of his associate gave me a video call for the area that I was more concerned with. Finally settled on the price and sent a Bank wire transfer. The vehicle was shipped in couple of days and I had the Tahoe in my possession within 7 days since my first call. They made buying a car actually stress- free and enjoyable, that is hard to come by!

Government vehicles... are they perfect? No .. do they have scratches? Yes ... are there extra holes in the roof from police lights ? yes... that is why you get them for such a low price... none of these cars are showroom cars. But they have complete government service records. And complete car fax data. You won t get a bag of popcorn or have fancy guys blowing smoke up your tail pipe... what you get is a employee that will show you the cars available. And agree on a great deal. When I go here I Drive out with a used car in a couple of hours. The paperwork is done very quickly and everything is explained in detail by Maria. NO real service department. But that s ok what your getting is a used care for a low price. If that s what you want ? Then print out the cars you want to see and head over there. No sales pitch just allot of used vehicles... I actually look forward to buying my next SUV from them. A car with a police interceptor engine is fun to drive. Lol

We but a 2009 Suburban 2500 from them with a clean carfax report. After getting home from the dealership the check engine light and tire sensor light came on. My husband ended up lifting the truck up and looking under it and found frame damage and now the car has no retail value while we are over $20,000 in debt. Buyers beware the fix cars to the bare minimum to make it appear nice but once you leave the lot you will find issues. I am writing this review and hopes fat this save someone the frustrations and troubles we are going through right now. When we call them to explain that there was frame damage and we have only had this car for a week they told us that they are no longer responsible.

Asia Motors was a good experience overall, and I would recommend it to anyone. Staff was very easy to work with and the young lady there (I believe the only one) was a doll.
I cannot give it 5* though, for two honest reasons: first, I want to give the vehicle some time to see how it does and runs and if it was a good purchase, (so far so good) and secondly, the financing procedure (they work with US BANK) was not difficult but slow. A 3-hour project turned out to be 3 days. But all is good now so yes, I would recommend them.

I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe LS 4WD and the guys at Asia motors are the best. They were quick to respond to all my emails in a timely manner. I drove from Lafayette, IN with my boyfriend and the vehicle was just as described. Syed and his staff were very easy to deal with and the paperwork was done within no time and we were on our way back in less than an hour. Very friendly Maria was helpful every step of the way to completing my purchase never left in the dark. Owners are very down to earth and will talk to you as a friendly person or as a friend not a customer which is what I loved the most.

Great selection and friendly staff. Their finance company doesn't have any branches in Indiana, so they can't do financing to IN residents. They included a spotlight for my Charger that was prepped, but didn't include one. Unfortunately they gave me a spotlight for a different model car. But, spotlights are cheap, so no big deal.

Highly DO NOT recommend! Sold a truck with so much stuff broken internally and pimped me out of at least 15k on a "brand new truck"

Found Asia Motors online, Found there sight informative with lots of photos. I am an out of state buyer and could not check out the car in person. Went ahead and purchased the car sight unseen only photos and description to go by . Car was processed quickly they arranged a speedy delivery and car was as described, very happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.

It was a very pleasant and easy process. I bought a 2011 Ford Escape hybrid from them and love it! They make sure all of their cars are in good shape and the price was great for its condition and mileage. Would definitely recommend!

I bought a 2013 Ford Taurus from them within 3 weeks the converter went bad. they did order me a new one within six months that same converter has gone bad and now they don't have that under warranty I would never go back to those people again they are scam artists and they will beat you for your money so if you are reading this please stay away from them those cars are rusted just put Band-Aids on them just to get them off the lot you are on your own if you get that car so take it from me and everyone else do not go to these people very horrible customer service

Purchased my 2016 Ford Explorer Police Utility Interceptor from Syed and it was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. This is my first Police Interceptor. I called Asia Motors and talk to Syed about a specific Explorer PI I wanted. He was friendly, and straight forward and told me every singly details that I asked for and more & convinced me that the all the police vehicles will have minor blemishes and as long as they are mechanically sound and never wrecked I would be fine. I took his words and bought it over the phone, send him the money via the Bank wire transfer and waited for the shipping arrangement by him. He kept me up to date about when it would be delivered and send all the title and paperwork via Fedex. I received the Explorer and it was exactly as described by Syed . I am very pleased with the purchase and would highly recommend anyone looking for ex police vehicles to go to Asia Motors and specially asked for Syed who is very police and patient with the customers. Additionally, he gave me the utmost attention with all my concerns and believe it I had many before the purchase but none after.

Additionally, Maria in title and paperwork is incredible. She was very professional and straight forward. She explained things to me very clearly and was proactive in what I paperwork I needed for my Local DMV.

Ali was very professional, candid, and helped me pick the right car for me sight unseen. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used car. The cars are not refurbished so you have to have be realistic in your expectations, but the fundamentals are very good for these cars and they are in great shape if he says they are.

There is a huge selection of cars on this lot. It is a good place to go if you are looking to get a good quality used car. I bought an SUV as a work/family vehicle and it has been very smooth so far. I felt I was not ripped off but that I also didn t work to get the best deal, which was more my fault than the dealership. Good service, good customer satisfaction and will go back to buy when the time comes!

My cousin who had just recently purchased an SUV with Asia Motors referred me to this Dealership. I called and worked with Syed I like that he took his time going over all of my options with me over the phone as it was a sight-unseen purchase like my cousin's. He also answered all questions I had. He went above and beyond by offering me a great shipping quote. I must have changed my time 3 times and he was very patient and showed enthusiasm every single time I called. In the end I bought exactly what I wanted a 2013 Caprice PPV with only 24k miles and waited patiently for it's arrival. Although I was told that the shipping would would take 15 days because of the Pandemic restrictions but to my surprise, the vehicle showed up with a week at my door. The vehicle was accurately described with very minor details missed which I would not put a blame on Syed as anyone could have missed those. I definitely will buy it here again and will recommend my friends and family also. God Bless you guys!

Easy to work with, answered all my questions. Flew in from Denver to pick up and was really easy and no surprises!

Went there to look at their inventory. Apon first arrival, the neighborhood is not the best and it is hard to find parking. Once we finally got there, the staff did not try to talk to us and finally aproched us very unprofessionally as we were leaving. The vehicles they have are mostly SUV s (as of right now) and many of the cars they have aren t clean and smell of mildew and mold. I believe one car even had mold on the seats and floor. Many of the vehicles had tires that had been slashed and some also had excessive amounts of rust on the underside of the vehicles. Their prices are average for the market but not for the quality they are selling at.

I came into Asia Motors Inc just looking to get some prices and maybe take a couple of Test Drives. I walked away with a like new 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV with only 45k miles and I could not be happier! Negligent dealer with NO INTEGRITY. Sold a 2015 ford explorer with a broken water pump to us . We got to drive the car 4 days before all the water poured out and seized...over 5k dollars worth of repairs required. Mechanic found thickening agents to conceal problem so it would drive for a few days. Contacting BBB, News, Lawyer, and Bank.

Excellent experience with Asia motors. The whole process went great. I cannot believe how smooth the ddelivery went. my car had been stolen and I depended on Asia motors to help me find aanoter Crown Victoria. Thecar is fine and I drive it as my main vehicle. I certainly would do business with them again.

One star is deserving. They are selling cars "AS IS" at double and in some cases TRIPLE retail value. They are the equivalent of a chop shop, and will remove all of the police equipment for personal resale to return themselves as much investment off of the car which you are going to purchase. The term bait and switch comes to mind, they will place different parts, on cars for pictures, and then remove them before sale. Unless you are interested in overpaying for something you can find yourself, this is merely a front for a flipping business, do not waste your time.

First time buying an automobile on the internet. After a long search for a specific vehicle to tow our camper, we found the perfect vehicle. Although Chicago was a long way from South Carolina (our salesman Ali) said he would take of everything. Ali kept me apprised of every step of the process. Once every thing was done, we took delivery of a very tight Expedition. No creaks, rattles or lights. We have driven over a very pleasant thousand miles. I would highly recommend Asia Motors. Give Ali a call and be surprised that good service is alive and well 2020.

After a lot of research online looking for a 2015 and up Tahoe PPV for little over a month, it was determined that Asia Motors had the best offer, a 2016 Tahoe PPV with 74k miles. I worked with Ali, got it purchased and shipped down here, me and my wife absolutely loves it - it was exactly as advertised and what We needed. What impressed us the most is how they handled the whole process. From the first call till the paperwork was delivered via FedEx, everything was right on the money. I just purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 from Asia Motors. Vehicle is clean and very nice. I live in Wisconsin, so all of the haggling was done over the phone. Sam was very honest, friendly and respectful. Vehicle was better than expected. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Be careful!!! I just purchased a vehicle from them and what was agreed upon on the phone was not what ended up in the deal. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!!! This "DEAL" ended up costing me thousands of dollars extra in tax with no dealer registration and was delivered 5 weeks late with a nail in a flat tire and service light on my dash. They even tried to scam me into an extra $300 in order to receive shipment from the delivery company. These were all thing that were very clearly negotiated / agreed upon over the phone and were to have been taken care of by Asia Motors. When I asked about that phone conversation, the dealer named Sam said he didn't remember any of it and acted as if he didn't really care at all. I should've gone with my gut instinct. Should've heeded the red flags in my head. Phone conversations (except with Maria) were like talking with a rock. Sales people are completely uninterested and frankly seemed annoyed with my attempts at simple / common sales questions, etc. Trust no one at this place. Buyer beware! I finally have my vehicle and will enjoy but only after the bad taste and sting of this transaction goes away. I certainly learned my lesson(s) the hard way here. 2 thumbs down!

Terrible experience.

When searching for a vehicle online from Arizona I asked if they ever ship vehicles and they said they do it every day.

I purchased a Chevy Impala from them in June and from the purchase to today terrible experience. The paperwork is so poorly written. and they make you sign documents that don't even mean anything. They took about a week to ship the vehicle and could not even provide a shipping number. The vehicle ads online are all the same. When I received the vehicle The inside door locks were missing in the rear and the back panels were falling off. The front panels were also falling off. I noticed the breaks were squeaking and when to have them checked and they were all mis match break pads and worn. Ad stated spare tire and there was none, and no Jack. I called them to let them know of the issues and their customer service dept doesn't care alls they say is "we checked it". I don't recommend!

We purchased a 2008 Ford F-250 from Asia Motors. They were very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. We are very happy with our purchase and will most likely use them for our next truck purchase for our landscaping company!

He knew his inventory and vehicle options. We then worked with Syed and Ali to close the deal. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of. In fact, they spent more time with us than we probably deserved. Maria finished with the title work, very professional and efficient. They had a wide selection of vehicles, many from the south. A great midwestern dealership to find rust free cars. We'll enjoy our 2011 Tahoe Hybrid for many years to come!!

Good vehicles at great prices and super quick customer service.

I bought a 2011Tahoe PPV for my job and was nervous, dealing with someone so far away and having to rely on pictures and information they gave me. The deal was great, which made me even more nervous. They sent me all the paperwork, I overnight mailed everything back with payment on a Friday and the vehicle was in my driveway Monday morning at 8am. I've had no problems with the vehicle and it's been serving me very well. I'll buy another one from them, when the time comes.

I went there to buy a car for my wife. Came home with two cars. Prices are great, people from ownership to yard people were fantastic. Very easy to deal with. Waited a couple of months to post this review to see how the vehicles worked (Excellent). Purchased a 2014 Ford Explorer interceptor and a 2013 Chevrolet Caprice.

Negligent dealer with NO INTEGRITY. Sold a 2015 ford explorer with a broken water pump to us . We got to drive the car 4 days before all the water poured out and seized...over 5k dollars worth of repairs required. Mechanic found thickening agents to conceal problem so it would drive for a few days. Contacting BBB, News, Lawyer, and Bank. Asia told my fiance that noone would believe us bc they pay for positive reviews and our complaint is a "drop in the bucket sweetheart" . Rude, horrible people!!

I had a really great experience at Asia Motors Inc in Melrose Park, IL. I selected a few trucks I liked online and Maria contacted me to set up a time to come and test drive. When I arrived, both Trucks were ready for me to check out. I quickly picked a favorite and took it for a test drive. And as you can predict...I LOVED it. Came back to the dealership after the test drive and pointed out some repairs that were needed before I would be interested in purchasing. That is when Syed came out and assured me that all of my concerns would be taken care of. We went inside and talked money. I haven't had good experience before with sales managers, so I was ready for the worst. But it was far from the worst. Syed worked hard to get me a price that worked within my budget. Both Brian and Syed had great customer service and I could tell they truly care about their customers. I would highly recommend purchasing from this dealership. When we got to the end to sign all of the papers Maria the Title clerk was so kind and pleasant to work with. They are efficient, caring and kind people that I will purchase from again. Thanks guys!
