Conveniently located on a few public transport lines; generally has a special exhibit.

Has a cafe with vegan items noted; not too many items; snacks, meals and beverages (thankfully does not charge extra for vegan milk).

The gift shop has a nice selection of a variety of items, from artwork to jewelry to apparel to food.

This is possibly one of the coolest places I ve ever visited! From the interactive experiences to just learning more about the Asian culture, there was just so many ways to dive in. There are three stories of artifacts and exhibits to explore and there is always something around the corner!

Enjoyed the visit very much. However, I feel the museum can acquire more artifacts and expand. I am not sure what they use the big hall on the third floor. It s been empty for years. I hope they make good use of it.

We went for the Teamlab exhibit! It s a really interesting interactive light exhibit. The projections on the wall are touch sensitive so play to your hearts desire! We loved the room with the Chinese words that appeared as images once you selected them, and the birds that exploded once you touched them.

Very extensive collection of Asian pottery, porcelain and art. Everything is displayed well with good lighting. We wanted to go back for a second day but we ran out of time. When we return to San Francisco we ll definitely come back to the museum. The gift shop was great too.

This review is for the exhibit TeamLab: Continuity.

The magic, colors and interactive activities make this a perfect exhibit for everyone in the family. I was blown away by the detail and beauty of the exhibit. By far, it is my favorite interactive digital exhibit. Don t miss out on the room in the back where you can lie on the floor while the visuals fly to instrumental music. Also, make sure to take time to color in a sea creature in the Sketch Ocean exhibit before you go in. You may see your creation swimming through the exhibit like I did!

I highly recommend the exhibit alone. Plus the ticket is only $25 and includes access to the whole museum which is a wonder in itself!

This is solely for the Teamlab exhibit. What a fun event. Although it was a bit small, you are literally surrounded with projections on the wall and on everyone! Wear white though as it stands out more. Also it's interactive! I wish there was a larger exhibit. Worth the money and visit!
