Where to begin....Construction manager with no construction background. Entire senior management has difficulty being open and honest. No loyalty. All junior management is out for themselves. Field personnel are mostly Hispanic and if your not, you will have a tough time fitting in. I worked for these guys a long time as their corporate safety manager What a joke. Not allowed to travel to other sites.. Stuck in one location. No support or buy in from management team. No accountability. Rules and regulations only apply when they want them to and go to the wayside the rest of the time.
Pros: Time off when needed. Hmmm... that s it.
Cons: Entirely too many to list.
I would not recommend working for them. But they work in a pinch I guess.
