Irresponsible, unprofessional and thoughtless you are letting the NHS down!
My Aunt receives excellent care & support from all the professional & caring staff @ this Practice. As her main Carer my role is recognised & supported.

Love the surgery, staff great, my only problem is you have to wait 2-3 weeks to get to see my Dr, which can be a little distressing at times. Otherwise I would definitely recommended to anyone.
A Stoneleigh Surgery patient, the staff there are lovely. Sadly the surgeriy "merged" with Ash Tree The reception staff at Ash Trees have the compassion of a Tory Health Minister and the flexibility of a pane of glass.
After attending Ash Trees for 50 years and having excess and asthma from birth I now have difficulty getting a repeat prescription for an inhaler , no record of my usage , online only applications Past usage history no doubt lost with IT problems I don t have internet so can t comply with online mandate Travel on there and there are huge queues and 3 ladies chatting behind reception Never been required to see an asthma nurse despite being a ventolin inhaler user for 50 yrs Third world levels of organisation from whoever is practice manager not the staffs fault
