Amazing shop, the staff are so helpful and super knowledgeable. They made me and my family feel so comfortable especially as I was nervous at the thought of wedding dress shopping, but I really didn t need to worry as the wonderful staff helped me find my perfect dress. They have such a wide choice of styles and nothing was too much trouble, they also helped complete my look by finding a stunning veil & tiara. I am so excited to have purchased my dress and can t wait to try it on again on a few months. I would highly recommend Ashton Rose.

Excellent customer service, great atmosphere, lots of choice of dresses in different price ranges, very accommodating staff.

I visited to get my prom dress and I couldn't believe the amount of options. They also take note of which school you attend so that no one else from your school can get the same dress as you. It was such a calm atmosphere in there and the staff were so friendly. The dresses were beautiful but very pricey. So I would only recommend visiting if you're willing to pay quite a bit for the dress.

The best experience and found the most amazing prom dress with such a range of dresses, I m so happy with my dress. I had Cj doing my appointment and she was very helpful and honest. I would 100% recommend going as they have loads of amazing prom dresses.

Just Brilliant, visited many bridal Retailers before going to Ashton Rose, The knowledge of the staff along with the excellent selection of dresses really made it the only place for me to buy, ended up buying my Bridal Gown, Bridesmaid dresses and hired all my menswear in one location, cant thank you enough ladies.

Just the most unenjoyable experience I could have had. This was due to the customer service and nothing more. The employee who was trying on bridal gowns with me was negative, patronising and not accomadating at all. My friends and family were not allowed to have an opinion, they were rudely interrupted each time I had asked what they thought. When their opinion is just as important as my own. I Was not allowed to try vales on or any other accessory with the dress. There was no making you feel special which is what you want when trying your wedding dress on. It was literally on/ off with the dresses, not enough time to take it in. Overall, From being called darling continuously and the lack of welcoming atmosphere I would NOT purchase a dress from them, which is such a shame as there was a dress I had really liked but they have turned my head elsewhere.

Would highly recommend Ashton Rose, my appointments felt so personal and tailored to me. Hannah was great at giving me recommendations and explaining everything in detail, and they all made me feel very special
