Ashghal (Public Works Authority) Review

This is the main office for Ashghal, which is the government body for building Qatar's infrastructure. Things here are very well organised and the staff are very helpful and professional. If you know which section you need help from, chances are you will get things done pretty quickly.

Everything is good. The only thing for the management is to improve the process of providing accomodation for employees. It takes forever to get one the residence of his or her choosing.
Also, not surprisingly but shockingly and painfully!.... it takes forever for an employee to get out of the Government Housing... Ridiculous!

I had to deal with errands near Najma on a rush hour for 2 consecutive days. My amazement, D ring road indeed is now a real life expressway. Thanks to Qatar Govt and the men and women of Ashghal for their dedication and hard work to serve the public. Also because of Al Rayyan express way kids travel time to school is now 17 minutes instead of 45 minutes. What a tremendous blessing. Thank you.
