Another marvelous facility. The UTC, universal treatment centre, aka casualty/emerge/A+E, has a recently constructed turn-key erection that serves as the entrance and screening space. Only patients may enter, unless they are younger and have a parent with them, or I imagine, if assistance is required. Everyone's temp is taken, instructed to maintain two-metre distancing, and given a new mask to switch with whatever mask they are wearing. Prevention, better than needing the cure.

Brilliant treatment

Brilliant treatment
Had the misfortune to have to visit A&E on Friday evening, despite the team being really busy with lots of patients, all of the team were friendly, helpful and very efficient.
Very special thanks go to Doctor Sameer Khan, Nurses Albert and Amy who put me on the road to recovery very quickly.
I would like to thank the entire team, including all those people who s names I didn t catch but my thanks to you all.

Keep up the great work under difficult circumstances
All the best

Have to question level of care regarding my mothers stay. Nurses were very rude when I called for my mothers update and we're not willing to answer any of my questions. I know the hospital was very overwhelmed just like every hospital in the country but there needs to be some sort of compassion especially when visiting was not allowed

I didn't see more racism in my life like in this hospital!!
I went there with the ambulance and after they left me there, 3 hours nobody look at me.
Next time when I have to go in to the hospital I will give an english name.
I'm very disappointed by the nurses and staff.

I went to this hospital and the people stopped in this hospital can be nasty to you. The staff and doctors work very hard. The Birmingham hospital said I don't have epileptic fits. I had 7 fit in November and the coventry hospital saw me having them sos

Horrible experience, you can die in waiting area and no one care about it, dirt is absolutely everywhere, toilets are just disqusting...
"doctors" without basic knowledge all what they know comes from google... Yes I'm not joking photo as a proof!
My pregnant wife came to Emergency after she slept on the footpath and she hit the ground smashing her face. Broken nose,
swollen and bruised face with serious scrapes and tumors.
when she began to loose consciousness next to registration desk no one did nothing, lady behind the desk jusk ask someone to bring chair and that's all, she said we have to finish registration process... after an hour of waiting she was seen by nurse and got pain killers and nurse said we have to wait fo Xray to check my wife nose. after 4hours of waiting she was checked by doctor, if we can even said that... He only check her reaction for light and... That's it... No xray no any other health checks. when we wanted him to check her nose he left and didn't come back. another Doctor came after half an hour he did exactly the same thing as the firs one, when we asked him to check her nose, he said he have to make some consultation with someone else, we had to go back to waiting area for another half an hour. After that time we came back, then I realized with who he consulted with... Wikipedia is the source of Doctors knowledge this days... Anyway, he did nothing what he read about and we had to go home with nothing done.
No one even decontaminated and wounded my wife's face.
Is the public Healt care is on the same level at in third world countries this days???
This is my first experience with NHS I will never make that mistake again.

After several weeks of worsening symptoms, I am glad I made the visit to St Peters A&E when I did. I couldn t be more grateful to have been seen by Dr Sameer Khan who instantly recognised and pinpointed the cause of the illness. This was later verified via blood results which he delivered via phone as soon as he received them. After seeing several doctors, it is this knowledge and professionalism that finally alleviated the concern accumulated over many weeks. I am extremely grateful to the NHS and the amazing work that the various teams do under such difficult circumstances, however it is the ability to listen, understand, care and take decisive action in the way that Dr Khan did that takes the service to another level.

You know like every hospital in the country they are under extreme pressure and have done well, but I would love to have been at the meeting where it was decided to not allow anyone into A and E. 11 patients other half's and friends in a little white tent unable to social distance in the pouring rain not a seat or facilities. Not a great idea people !!.
