While our opportunity wasn't the right fit for their mandate, they were clear about their requirements and incredibly supportive throughout the process. More importantly, they went beyond by introducing us to other aligned capital partners, helping us progress our growth plans.

The team lacks responsiveness and clarity. Communication could be significantly improved, as I found it challenging to get timely updates on my investment. Overall, the support experience did not meet my expectations.
