ArtsJunktion mb Inc Review

A junk shop for artists, Arts Junktion is a great place to spend a couple hours on the weekend and see what you can find. You do have to go regularly though to get the best crack at the best stuff though, and because all of their offerings are donations it all depends on what people donate. However, the staff are friendly and very helpful. If you're a regular they will keep an eye out for things you mention needing/wanting for you (which is always appreciated). They also teach workshops in all sorts of creative techniques from stencilling to collage, different painting techniques and beyond. If you're patient and willing to spend the time, Arts Junktion is a fantastic place to pick up art supplies and get ideas for projects. You never know what you're going to find!

Stopped by to check out one of their free craft nights - what a pleasant experience! Friendly staff, a variety of people - every single age, background, etc - and a new craft to learn!
I ended up sitting at a table with 3 other people, and we were all making different leather crafts. Everyone was friendly, passing supplies between the (many) tables. Even with a small hiccup (temporary power outage) everyone was still in good spirits!
It's right across the street from Red River College. While the entry door is a bit hidden, they have signs on the fence to encourage you towards the entry door. :)

Such a great place for the community. Leftover craft materials from wood to ceramics, and fabric to Christmas decorations! This place brings out the creativity in you. Great for non-profits and parents with young kids

This is such a lovely place! I just moved into the area and remembered the Art shop that used to be here- I would get supplies there sometimes. When I stopped in I was so pleasantly surprised to see ArtsJunktion in its place! What a fantastic concept to help the community and make use of things that would likely end up in the trash. Super sweet volunteer staff, and I ve made great use of their collection of National Geographics.

They have lots of used materials for arts and crafts. The volunteers are very friendly and helpful. All the supplies are free, but you can make a donation if you want.

A great place to go for free art/craft supplies. It is hit and miss at times for what they might have buy a good place to check out.

I love going here for free art supplies. I have been able to go here to dind things for co-workers.

Super cool little shop with tons of awesome stuff. They gave me some great craft idea's and everyone there is really encouraging.

Helpful staff. An interesting assortment of donated materials for arts & crafts on a pay-as-you-can basis. An excellent place to donate such materials to, when you are decluttering.

Very helpful and an over all great place if you like doing crafts and such.
Especially love the workshops.

Great little hidden treasure with lots of art supplies and knowledge to share

The people that volunteer here are hard at work keeping Thai place as organized as a junk drop off can be, I love the magazine selection as I'm obsessed with collage and I like that people are kind and progressive. Thank you for funding this space

Was told about this place from friends. Took the day off to check it out. I was very happy with what I found. What I found was I very nice nonprofit art center. If you are a crafty person I suggest checking it out.

It's a wonderful concept. Creative reuse! Donate art supplies you don't need and pay what you can for the supplies you take. It's like treasure hunting and finding that one thing that can spark you imagination. Oh and don't forget about the classes they offer! Wonderful and friendly volunteers.

Amazing assortment of supplies and pretty tidy, too.

It is a great friendly place that recycles many kinds of materials and makes them available to artists, craftspeople and students at a very reasonable price.

Great idea, it's nice to have my old craft supplies go to a good use.

A wonderful place to get loose parts for a classroom. The staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful.
