I had high hopes for this company, but the experience fell short. 🌧️ The communication was lacking and updates on my order were few and far between. When my product finally arrived, it didn’t match the specifications we discussed. It felt like I had to chase them for answers instead of them being proactive. While the craftsmanship had potential, the overall service left me feeling unsatisfied. Not what I expected from a business in this field. 🛠️
