Hey, For a co-living space, I will recommend to try it! Affordable rent, compared to everything you have access to... Management do keep the place clean and livable.
807 is a great and special place. First, the other tenants are simply amazing; From the weekend parties, laser tag, fun games, and pot lucks! 807 is a melting pot of artist of all mediums, and individuals from all walks of life. So many stories and bonding moments to be had. Kelvin has been great during this pandemic. For example, Kelvin has house keeping daily and weekly to clean the entire house. If you are new to Los Angeles or you want a networking opportunity with other awesome artist and industry folk this is great start! Thank you KELVIN for all that you have done!
My son stayed at Artist Housing for the past 5 months. The location was very convenient for him and the monthly rent cant be beat for Los Angeles. Also, he met a great deal of creative interesting people during his stay. It was a good networking opportunity for him. Overall, Artist Housing is highly recommended
The staff was caring and responsive. I felt genuine care as they were always concerned about my comfort and well being. They are flexible and reasonable with payment and a great launching pad for struggling artists. Would recommend to anyone looking to make it in LA.
807 is a really great place to stay at while you re first getting set up in Downtown LA, it s clean, the other tenants are really cool. You get the chance to network and discover new found passions. A definite life savor if you re new to the area!
Great place to live. Awesome people, facilities, and just all around perfect. Only reason I am moving out is because LA is so populated and the COVID-19 pandemic worries me. Other than that I hope there will be a spot for me when this is all over!
