Best Italian Restaurant in Tirana: My Artigiano Experience
After living in Tirana for two years and trying pretty much every Italian restaurant in Tirana, I can confidently say Artigiano is the real deal. Finally found a place that doesn't just call itself Italian but actually follows through. The pasta made the difference. You can immediately tell it's handmade—the texture, how it holds the sauce, everything. My partner is Italian and she was genuinely impressed, which doesn't happen often with "Italian" restaurants outside Italy.
The pizza came out with that perfect leopard spotting from the wood-fired oven. Crust was crispy outside, soft inside, exactly how Neapolitan pizza should be. They don't overload it with toppings like most places—just quality ingredients doing their job.
