I get a new pair of prescription sunglasses here every year. I find the long-standing staff to be helpful in choosing sunglasses (and glasses) that suit my face and lifestyle. The selection is great and I appreciate how fast and efficient the service is.

This company s (Asian Sales Associate) racial profiled me, that I would not be able to afford glasses because I wasn t Asian. He wouldn t show me them to me saying they weren t for Sale.
Usually get my contact lenses from there. Very friendly staff, they even remember my name.

the staff was ignoring me all the time, but it's ok since I love to choose by myself and ask for help if I need it, maybe they were really busy that day :)

I found out about this place through a friend and made an appointment for the eye exam (free with purchase of a pair of glasses). I was greeted and helped out immediately to find my ideal frame and while I was in my exam the ladies there helped me pick even more options too. Patrick, the optometrist there was so helpful and informative about the condition of my eyes and how I should be better taking care of my eye health with rest and what foods are good. I live far away so they put in a rush to prepare my glasses for me within the hour. Amazing service and I d definitely recommend for everyone :)!
By far the best optical shop ever in Vancouver and in Robson area!!!..the staff, especially Karen, is so helpful. You will feel very welcome the moment you stepped in. Everybody is smiling and in high spirits...Keep up the good work and more success!!!
