Need a quiet moment, appreciate modern in old, like lofty and are open for a surprise exhibition? Come here and you'll get it all in an unspectacular and relaxing way. There was an exhibition about stimulants that caught my imagination.
Oh, you want a different view over the city? Visit the terrace on the 5th floor.

Great place to stay with the kids in inclement weather

A really spectacular building. The coffee on the first floor offers a pleasant atmosphere and, worth the redundancy, an excellent coffee. The rest of the floors of the building are dedicated to promoting culture through different exhibitions of art and technology. Unfortunately I could not go up to the terrace on the 5th floor because of the rain, but I understand that a beautiful view of the city can be appreciated.

I recommend a visit to this structure. Each floor is dedicated to cultural activities. Do not miss the view from the terrace which allows you to have an overview of the areas of the city.

A different space in which to have a good time of relax

Very comfortable environment for chatting, afternoon tea and reading. Downstairs meals are also recommended

The place is fine, but you have to be attentive to the crowd there. There are many problems, and the library remains unopened, already 8 months.

The spectacular place but in the cafeteria on the first floor are served by super nasty people ... first you have to know by telepathy that they sell why if they ask they answer you with their feet and also detest the children ... the super nice pianist. .. so have coffee somewhere else.

Excellent cultural center, quite complete and with a myriad of activities to perform, opens a world of creative possibilities.

This place is actually pretty cool

- The worst part is how huge to potential is and how hard they are squandering it.

Classic squandering of space - In one corner they have a double level space where rather than having a statue they got a conference table and lamps with wires all the way from the top to the table.

There is WiFi and it is free. A lot of students are looking for a quiet place to study that is hip and this place could easily be it but the oasis students are searching for but instead it is insanely boring especially compared to Botanika and Koh Tao as far as oasis goes.

As far as art goes - there is practically nothing but the art that is here is actually really really really good. Compared to all the museums in the area even Guggenheim it is actually worth seeing - and free.

Oh and as far as students go - There are almost no plugs and those that is here doesn't work with average Mac plug. It's a bit discouraging but I'm hopeful for the future.

Focus on the people and the art will come.

Imposing building that surely in the annual film festival of the city is taken advantage of but right now leaves much to be desired. There is no locker service to leave luggage so you have to walk around the building with your suitcases lying down. So big that it's not cozy at all. One is lost with so much open space and without any information to orient oneself. The only thing that is worth it is to go up to the fifth floor and go to the terrace to see another point of the city.

It is a flipe. It has been great. If I lived in Donosti, I would spend here all day.

Recently reconverted, it is being used for acts of the Cultural Capital of Europe. In summer, there is live piano music on the terrace of the cafeteria.

Multicultural space that includes a library with spaces for experimentation, highly recommended. The building is spectacular.

It's very good. You can read books, play video games and use the computer. There is also a cafeteria with a terrace.
