A very elegant family resort and hotel, with an excellent location, and suitable prices for all groups

The place is great and nice and quiet and refined level of prices a bit high service excellent

Went with the family for an iftar buffet because we are foodies and live close-by. Unfortunately we decided to leave before we finished our first course. The staff is very unprofessional, arrogant and with no focus on customers. Sad, because the hotel, pool and food looked amazing. If they only would invest a bit more into customer service... Because we refused to pay for just the food, we wanted an experience as well.

When you arrive at a hotel and you find they have totally messed up your reservation and dont have the room you booked its never a good start to a vacation. The hotel found a room for us but but it took a lot of pushing and it wasn't what we wanted when we got it.
Generally the hotel is ok, pretty average. The staff are attentive and pool area and beaches very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Its location is good for a get away but if you have plans to spend time in Manama City or at the City Centre Mall etc then this hotel is quite a ways out. There are bars and restaurants close by in the marina area but its still a very quiet area away from the city.
This is a nice functional hotel with family friendly facilities but they do need to raise their game a bit, do a bit of maintenance and upgrading in some areas of the hotel and realise that there are other hotels in Manama that are doing what they do better! We had a nice weekend but I am not in a super hurry to stay there again.

Al-Amanah is a great place to be distinguished. Through my tours of Khulaikh and abroad I have not found credibility in dealing, quality and location like Art Rotana in Bahrain .. I would like to visit you from my family and I have been happy through the water games and the comfort available and the service provided. I took my two kids for a family day to Enjoy the pool and the beach facility
We were greeted by the lovely smiles from the recreation team from the towel Reception to the lifeguards who looks after the pools. The place is clean and well managed and the facilities are superb

After this me and my wife went for Iftar and it was like thousand night and night tent
Great food taste , service was always around the clock , all type of cuisine and over all not pricy at all

Thanks for both Recreation management team and the Food Service team for making it worth it will definitely go back again

Entertainment, swimming pools, aquatic games, children's games .. Friday, activities for children ... and restaurants 4 Asian, Italian, Arabic, breakfast, beautiful, everything is healthy, juice juices, 4 kinds of Arabic, American, and children. And the taste of workers and their kindness and cooperation with the inmates ... I love him

The food is fantastic and the service is usually quite good.
I still struggle to justify the price often.

Lovely for families but I do not have to deal with customers about the time of checkout very very early 12:00 PM.

Had a fantastic family beach day last weekend, great entertainment for the kids in the water park and very hospitipal staff. Great place to enjoy and watch your children have fun! The pools were nice and chilled, and the place was spotlessly clean. Also visited the Ramadan tent for Iftar and hands down it s the best in town, staff were amazing and a huge array of food options to the highest quality. The best resort in Bahrain.

Everything was perfect until we order drinks on the room every 10 mnts they call about the payment its like we will run away or steal from them it wasn't very respectful other than that the room and view are nice

Unfortunately my stay was not enjoyable because I asked the hotel to extend the chick out for two hours, even though they entered me chick in late due to a malfunction in the Sweat conditioner 1630 even though I am a member of Rotana so I think that I am not renewing my membership again. We had a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and the beach is super clean. The only thing that we had a problem with everyday is the Breakfast In Room Dinning Service. Everyday there was an issue with the breakfast either coming late or too early at 6 am and on the third day they didn't pass by to check what we want to order for breakfast so I had to call early in the morning and the order was missing some of the things..

Amazing hotel prime location clean and amazing beach

The reception is at the hotel entrance to the colorful lobby, and behind it is a coffee shop with good choices of sweets and drinks. Awesome seafood night buffet at choices restaurant on Thursday from 7pm to 10pm make reservations just in case sometimes it get packed. They have a great latin band that plays.

I did not expect that;
1-The price is too much high.
2- there was nothing in the mini bar.
3- there was no coffee machine.
4- While I was there they were making maintenance and the AC turned off every 5 minutes from the morning until 4 pm.

Over all I did not like that place because its not comfortable.

Very bad .. isolation between the rooms in the summit in bad .. If your neighbor in the next room talking to his children hear everything .. The disaster in the inconvenience after the second morning from the neighboring rooms and why complain to the reception or the administration is not enough and stay the whole night salute waiting When the next room sleeps, you need to shake your body to sleep. You and your children are listening to the voices of the neighbors and the hotel does not settle anything. On the second day, when the manager (his name is Mazen) met with him complaining about poor service, In a cold and instead of apologizing, he asks you for the fare of the night that we have not slept !!

Nice Beach and swimming pools. The good thing is that the adults pool is separated from where the kids play. Nice electronic music playing at the adults pool. The beach is really nice too, quite big and the seats are comfortable.
The entrance is quite expensive (30 BD) but somehow fair for what you get in Bahrain.

All rooms have a sea view and a beautiful view.
The hotel facilities are excellent.
The rooms are spacious and excellently equipped.
The staff is professional and room service is excellent.

Last month I visited 5 countries all are very buiteaful specially Finland and sweedan I traveled from Finland to Estonie by the ship it was 2 hours I really enjoyed the trip .

we had a day pass, and i highly recommend that hotel to the families, who are looking for a safe place with fantastic facilities, the beach is clean, too many swimming pools and water park with indoor kids club, we enjoyed the gym free classes and staff were very nice and helpful
the services improved a lot since our last visit 2 years ago
we got the details of the membership from the Sports manager and explained the benefits
we will resister for a family membership after coming back in January

This place is wonderful to host events, the staff are very friendly and cooperative. The food is wow.
