Such a beautiful place! Went there to Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. It was just amazing! Definitively a great experience!

Enjoy a free tour every Saturday and Monday at noon. meeting point is the lobby. If one of the doors is closed walk around to the other side or enter through the bookstore/cafe. The tour amazing and our guide too. We were only 10 people and got to see all the nice spots. I was early by about 15 minutes and got told to hang out in the lobby and wait for the tour to start. I was walking around in the near lobby area and wanted to have a look at the displayed BMW i3 and the flyers in the stands. The security guard was rude and told me to stay over there, pretty much just on another side of the lobby counter. Not an issue at all. I wanna know what the sponsors say if visitors get told to not look at the displays.

Excellent customer service! The place can benefit from some updates, but overall great experience!

Easy access. All seats look great. Staff friendly. Use Metrorail for easy arrival amd departure.

The Center is not as big as the one from Broward. The staff is friendly and helpful but parking is a nightmare.

Great shows, beautiful theater, wonderful service but avoid the valet. Had to wait 45 minutes, $25, and had VERY rude tenants. The manager is destroying that part of the show experience.

Great amphitheater! Smooth process; came for Lion King musical.

Come at least twice a year for the summer and winter shorts productions. Always a great time.

Excellent venue. The only think is they need more bar carts during intercession because the lines are to long.

Adrienne Arsht Center is a jewel in downtown Miami! Along with the Knight Center this entertainment and cultural complex brings the best shows, concerts and performances one can find in Miami. I ve watched countless shows here and I keep going back. Look for the free tour they offer on Mondays and Saturdays. The staff takes you for an in depth walk through the entire complex. It s amazing and well worth it!

A beautiful location to see such talented individuals. Only bad thing is traffic and parking. Take train to avoid this!

Very spacious, adequate parking, superior sound and lighting. We were in the 3rd tier and the view was excellent. The cost of snacks and drinks is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous considering the cost of everything else. However, The Lion King was magical.

the decor and features of this theater is very contemporary. it's quite large it has multiple theaters it houses performances from operas to hip-hop. Great place to hang out and see a show bring the family it's fun

Several theaters with shows for everyone's taste. Parking is close by. Brava restaurant has an great menu.

Awesome facility. Not as good as the old Jackie Gleason, but still very good. Traffic and parking sucks.

Amazing theaters and fantastic staff. A beacon of light near Miami's city center. Located next to the Perez Art Museum and what will be the Frost Science Museum, and only a short drive to Wynwood. The heart of the arts in Miami!

Beautiful theatre! Have come here now for the zelda and Pokemon symphonies. Would come back again and again!

The architecture and lighting are great in this building.

The layout of the building is very nice.

Parking is tough, but there is some public transportation near there.

The theater has a great design, and is good with acoustics.

I can't believe I haven't been to the Adrienne Arsht Center before, I have to say I was very pleased with my visit on a Sunday afternoon. There is plenty of parking lots available around the building and valet too, but you will end up spending at least about $15+ just in parking. Same deal goes for snacks and drinks which are overpriced incredibly high. As for the entertainment, seating, staff and the show itself... this is an incredible venue! You have a perfect view of the stage from just about anywhere, so if you're worried about seating, no worries! The building and the lobby is designed in a modern look, but the indoor and stage set up has an old fashion theme set up which I thought was really cool. I will definitely plan a visit again soon, I will probably take an Uber or Lyft to avoid the parking trouble though.

One of the best places in Miami. They bring amazing shows, and it's a great spot for the whole family. Parking is a bit of a headache, so plan ahead for that.

Disappointing treatment every time we come here. At least 40 people were left out of a concert (expensive concert) due to the awful traffic around the Center. Don't think we'll be back.

Always a great time here.....come to all the Gospel Sunday events and the sound is awesome Everytime..... a Miami gem

Always a fun place to be. Am saddened that there is a need for security scanners, but understand that it is for our safety.

The ushers were very helpful to ensure everyone got to their seats in an orderly fashion. Monitored doors during each scene. I wasnt thrilled with the concession options, but that wasn't the purpose of the visit. I went to see Lion King. The show was amazing. That greatly contributed to my rating.

I have had wonderful experiences here. I am happy and grateful for this center in Downtown Miami. I remember when it was first built. One of the first shows I actually wanted to see, although I never did get the chance, was "Wicked." I have enjoyed Cirque de Soleil and, the most recent, Miami breakdancing with kids. Great place.

The show was phenomenal, the seats were not as comfortable. The overall experience was great. Waiting for the valet to bring the car at the end of the show was a bit of a wait, but to be expected. The staff was helpful and courteous. Looking to see which show we will be going to next....

Ushers are helpful each time I visited and place is always clean.

Beautiful venue, always organized and well put together. Been here so many times throughout the years and never disappointed.
