I arrived just in time for my show due to heavy traffic outside the building and the ushers had roped off the way to the elevator and wouldn't let us through because the performers were rehearsing in the area. A few minutes later I hear the show starting and insist that we be let through and seated. The older gentlemen was very rude and not helpful at all. He did not care we were missing the beginning of the show and was going to make us wait longer. Thankfully his colleague let us through under the pretences we were taking a picture and the screen setup inside the roped off areas which others had been let through to do. We took the elevator upstairs and found only empty halls with no one to guide us to our seats. We had to open a random door and enter in complete darkness. We got lucky that we were in the right place and an usher quickly helped seat us. If it wasn't for her quick ability to help us I would have rated only one star.

The Arscht Center for the Performing is the Best and World class.!! All the Ushers, and Bus attendant s did an amazing job in getting all the Miami Public School 4th graders in and out safely for the Cleveland Orchestra in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. The whole concert was fabulous!!!

The last two performances that we attended The Bodyguard and Sun Yen( phonetic ) were terrible and we left in the middle. The parking at $25 is high. The place is wonderful and they always give us good food, books and service at Books and Books. Richard Sepler

I am disable. The staff was incredible. From valet parking, ushers, security. Amazing friendly accommodating persons. The building, sound, appearance- breath taking. Beautiful. The inside looks like a futuristic opera house. Beautiful!!!! Quite impressive.

In regards today's event spooky symphony all I can said is that I felt violated, disrespected and very disappointed with the organization and manager at the facility, very rude staff, why would you ask to do an online reservation if you didn't even where controlling that. No body respected my reservations, no body respected that I did it ahead of time... that's not ok, why would you said that at the food you where going to ask for the tickets? When you guys didn't and everybody was coming in... the manager is a very very rude person, and the security as well no manners at all.. I will spread the word, this place sucks.

We have seen many productions at the ()()()()() and have never once been disappointed with this venue. We just saw "The Simon and Garfunkle Story" there, and the sound was amazing! The art deco everywhere is eye candy, and the parking was easy peasy.

If you are looking for a night out that's anything but ordinary, check out a show (or two) at the Adrienne Arsht Center. They have plays, dance troupes, live orchestra shows and much more. I go at least twice a year and highly recommend it.

Facilities are good. Customer service and accountability at lacking. They received over 3,000 phone calls asking to end, refund, or cancel the a play showing during the pandemic. They refused despite acknowledging the health concerns and risks. Meanwhile all other large gatherings are closed. Ignoring patrons for a night's profits ensures I won't renew membership.

The parking situation is horrible, extremely overpriced food and snacks of poor quality. The staff is hit or miss, some are nice, some think they own the place. I witnessed an usher refusing to give a father 2 kid cushion since there may be more children that might come and need them and she felt his 7 yr old could handle it at her current height. She also only wanted to give programs to the addulsts only since she felt it was a Waiste for kids to have their own. Crazy! I'm glad he put his foot down and demanded the things.

Amazing acoustics and pleasant staff. Seats are hard and cramped, quite uncomfortable during a 2 hour concert. Parking is a hassle and expensive: $15 garage, $30 valet. I've been to several outstanding performances which, unfortunately, are not well attended. A similar concert in West Palm Beach would be sold out.
