I contacted this Agency to hire one of their photographers for a high-end fashion shoot. WOW! Absolutely dreadful, frustrating and unfortunate experience from just one phone call. Of course, its always one bad, rude seed that can ruins the bunch. This company employs condescending, rude, snarky and absolutely unprofessional people. And of course those type of people don't want to be held accountable for their bad behavior because when I asked for their name and manager, they said "i cant give out names" - Yawn. Typical. Good client services is vital to a business, especially when its main source of income comes off the back of their Artists. So now the photographer I wanted to hire suffers because now I don't want to work with their agency. I would NOT recommend this Agency to anyone.
