Linda does a great job embroidering your item's, will let you know what can or can't be done, so you don't go to get it and guess what couldn't do that. Items are done in a timely manner and she always makes you feel like she is glad to have your business.

Design was good. However, I ordered 30 sweatshirts that's were about $40 each and they all came in 3 sizes too big for everyone. (Adult xs was equivalent to adult medium). When I called with questions, they were very rude and unwilling to assist us in any way to get what we ordered. Will not be returning!
