The shop came highly recommended to me from a trusted local friend who has worked with them for years. I was amazed by their frame selection and was equally impressed by Dan's expertise and "eye." Absolutely the worst first impression I have ever had calling a business in my life. The first time I called whoever answered hung up on me after about 12 seconds and the second time I called when I complain he said that there was "too much going on and too many phone calls" well that's just too bad....
Once upon a time in art school, I had a teacher who only graded our photos based on matting and presentation. If you re looking for a quick framing fix go some else but if you re looking for true quality and craftsmanship these are your guys. They took a $20 poster and turned it into a work of art. They helped me pick a frame and matte that made it exquisite.
