Typical Honda dealership, service department I would rate Bell Honda better than this one. I had a recent visit to their service department. Bell Honda has more advanced email and text approval workflow for the service items. Also things like tire pressure check and complimentary wash not even done during my detailed 60k servicing. For example I got tire pressure warning after picking the car and travelling just 5 miles.
Some positives too, their service manager was good, nice shuttle service, Car is also doing great except those minor things mentioned.

I feel this dealership discriminated against my family member. I notice similar experience from another friend. Based on the experience my family member had I will recommend you do not go to this dealership! I will be writing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights! If any of you feel this way, I suggest you do the same! People should not be treated differently because of their background! As a parent of a deaf child I am passionate about spreading awareness and calling out those who discriminate against people because of their language preference or background!!!

I'm always pleased everyone time I come here. All employees are so friendly and they take care of me. A shot out to the service department Mr Alex always with his pleasant smile and great customer service. Sean and Noah take care of me with great customer service whenever Mr Alex is not around. All employees here are so friendly and helpful!!! Everyone should come here for the best service in town...

Got recommended this place from a family member that had bought multiple cars here and that personally knew a few of the people here. I was expecting to go in and get treated better than just a typical buyer. However that was not the case, they did the typical back and forth pushing their magic buttons to change the numbers, on top of that they were overly pushing me to buy same day, if that wasn't bad enough, the salesman I dealt with, Dino, was so condescending and rude to me. Why a salesman would ever talk to a potential buyer that way is beyond me. I'm glad to share my experience with my family member that recommended this place but also to let others know what my personal experience was. Went to other dealerships and got treated much better. Would not recommend this place.

I hate car dealerships, but THIS dealership is awesome! Arrowhead Honda has affordable service prices. The cheapest oil changes and new tires around. Robert Q in service is outstanding. I am a life long customer! Greatful for an honest dealer. They are privately owned and operated, so no sales gimmicks like the big franchised dealers.

The salesman, Robert and the finance guy Walter, we're absolutely delightful. They took their time with me they explained everything if I didn't understand something. They did their very best to get me the best price and the best things that were included in that price. I would really really recommend if somebody's looking for a car that they go to Arrowhead Honda.

Yesterday 7/12/21 I had the need to get my car repaired. I, of course, contacted Steve Bullock with whom I had previous experience. He is the "GO TO SERVICE PERSON" as far as I am concerned. This time and in previous encounters, he was very good at explaining the problem, handling the problem with great efficacy, and talking to me after the repair had been done to confirm that I had chosen the right person in the service department. If I ever need to recommend other people to Arrowhead Honda for service, Steve's name is the only one I ever refer to people. I trust him completely with the work that has been done on my 2016 Honda Civic.

Expect a very predictable car dealer experience at Arrowhead Honda. Misleading lead generation
tactics and of course decisions made by a mysterious manager who can't be bothered to talk to you personally; story below.

I recieved a cash offer online to sell my car and this dealership was listed as one of the participating dealers that could finalize the transaction but when I showed up the best they could do is 57% of what the initial offer was. I went to another dealer the same afternoon and had my car sold for an agreeable 9% adjustment for some needed repairs. There is no need to be taken advantage of when there are businesses out there that will do what they say they are going to do.

Those guys ALWAYS take good care of us! Service is prompt and timely! Dan is always on top of things, acknowledges us/takes care of us as soon as we drive up! We are happy! We appreciate him!
