I called to set up internet at my house. I was told that whenever they got a call near my house they would stop by to see if internet was possible. They never gave a date or time and after numerous call to find out when they would show up, they said they cannot set up the internet. This was just over a two week wait without a call back AND they lied and said they called and left a voicemail, which they did neither. Needless to say I am glad we are unable to get internet and I will never recommend them to anyone.
One worker lied about prices and when I went to retrieve my computer I was not allowed to get it until I paid this new price. They did no work on it and then quoted me at 238$ to fix the screen. Eventually got it fixed NOT AT AROOSTOOK TECH for 80$!
Do not recommend.
Also the lady in the front, Judith maybe is her name, is very rude and power goes to her head.
I will never recommend this place and everyone it s way cheaper to travel to Houlton, or Fort Kent, or Bangor well worth the trip to not have to go here.
Or find a private citizen to do your repair.
