They contacted me to come get the remains from our yard sale and agreed to a time and never showed up. The old adage of not biting the hand that feeds you is certainly appropriate here.

Scehuled over a week ago, waited all day today to find out at 5:30 PM a note on my door that they miss me at 1:55 PM I have been home all day. I called Tuesday to confirm delivery for today and due to the fact that I do not have a garage or porch I was told they would call me before coming so I could pull everything out, no phone call and they didn t even ring my doorbell because I saw on my ring camera. Now my living room is full and I have family coming tomorrow morning.

I brought a nice stack of new men's jeans, new underwear, and a couple of shirts I never wore to the trailer they have in Highland Village. When I handed the bag to the attendant, she was very, very rude and the onlyn thing she said to me was "no" when I asked if they take furniture word to me. Additionally, she just glared the whole time!

Honestly, that experience made doing an act of kindness into a regrettable chore. In hindsight, I should have taken the clothes back and given them to CCA, where it would be appreciated.

Do NOT donate to this place! I accidentally left the wrong bag of clothes in one of their donation boxes. I called to see what could be done or get information on when they are going to empty the box so I can claim my bag. The worker Stephanie said i have to make a claim and could not give me any information on schedule pick up and could not transfer me to higher up or provide me with a supervisors number. Stephanie said I d be contacted within 2-3 days. It s been a week and still no word. This is extremely very aggravating, you d think this company would be more helpful considering the fact we are giving them free stuff!!

Went in while waiting for my windshield to be repaired, they have lots to choose from and variety of items. Just need to have more cashiers

Dont recommend!! Planned a pick up, put everything outside the house for them(their rule). The day of they called and canceled with no reason. Save yourself some trouble and find a more reliable company.

This has always been my favorite thrift store. Terrific prices and so much to see. I don't understand the negative reviews. I greatly appreciate the ability to purchase something I need that is not brand new and at a great price, the selection is outstanding! I love this place ; )

One of my favorite places. Everyday. Especially since important fixing my home.
