Bad attention. Horrible breakfast It is not a place to receive tourists. We asked for bath towels, for one inconvenience they had not made the room, and they answered that they did not have the key of where they were. The same with toilet paper.

Nice hotel. By European standards, guaranteed 4 stars.
Great breakfast.

The rooms are a bit small and have no wifi. Free WiFi in the hotel lobby, and another 100 meters in Stepan Shaumyan Square, a lot of free high-speed access points.
Invisible staff.
Speak languages.
