Armani Fifth Avenue Store Reviews

Really beautiful store with an amazing staircase. I came in to snap a few photos by myself and the first few people who saw me were really nice, really accommodating but once this older, white gentleman saw me he began asking me a lot of questions and interrogating me. I didn't even have a bag, there was no way I was stealing anything but he treated me like a criminal. And I just told him I wanted to take photos and then I would be on my way but he continued to hover and I got so uncomfortable I eventually left. It's a shame, literally every other employee was so kind.

I just came to take pictures of the stairs. It was designed by Massimiliano and Dorians Furksas. It looks super futuristic. The staff is generally nice and let you take your time taking pictures of the stairs. You just can't take any videos or they'll turn 180 and kick you out, but just to be safe, ask if you can pictures in the store. Upstairs is the Armani restaurant.

An experience that must be had...the knowledge and personality of the staff just made me feel comfortable to ask questions. The store it self is just incredible...will definitely return. BRAVO

Worst place ever. I would not recommend anyone to shop at this place. Management is arrogant and absolutely ignorant. I shop at many high end retail stores but Armani on 5th Ave should be out of business!

Amazing sale associates. They treat you so nicely and don't just want your money.

The place is AMAZING the food is UNBELIEVABLE the service OUTSTANDING and should be listed as a Michelin star restaurant. Will come back soon
