The company thrives off the team energy, opportunity and excellence that never goes unnoticed. Not only does the company have strong values internally but it is also known for its impact on and support of its local community.

I was very concerned today when I saw a group of people wearing a shirt from this company and no enforcing social distancing. Nobody wearing mask and or 6ft. Next time please be cautious of people around you.

I live at the Cosmopolitan. I have been concerned and have communicated this to the management that masks are not mandated in the elevators which are not all that well ventilated. The sign in the elevators call being 3 feet apart "etiquette." This is not about etiquette - it is about safety. Being 3 feet apart with people who are not mandated to wear masks is neither good etiquette not safety. I am pushing age 70 and for me and countless others who pay entirely too much rent for our apartments, this could be a matter of life or death. Taking 5 seconds to put on a mask for less than 1 minute seems like a small "hardship" to possibly save a life.

use shady bait and switch leasing policies. This property is in a transitional area, is very poorly managed and has security and safety issues. We moved our daughter out in August due to security issues, secured a sublettor for her room but are still waiting on our $6500 credit owed to us months later. We keep getting "the check is the mail" song and dance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AND ANY OTHER OWNED BY ARMADA HOFFLER
