However, there were a few areas that they missed and didn't completely restore. 🧹💦 Their customer service was also just okay, as it took a bit longer than expected to schedule the appointment and their response time could be improved. 💬💤 Additionally, their website was a bit outdated and could use some improvement in terms of design and functionality. 🌐 Overall, my experience with this company was average. They did an okay job with the cleaning and restoration, but there were areas for improvement. I may consider trying another service in the future.
