They have a self service kiosk in the lobby to weigh and mail your packages.

Regular mail carrier was in an accident. A replacement mail carrier delivered in his place. One if my packages was put in the wrong mailbox. The post office confirmed the error and it has yet to be rectified. They were supposed to have the mail carrier follow up on the misplaced delivery. I have yet to get a return call after 2 weeks. am disappointed that my neighbors kept a package that doesn't belong to them and clearly had the name and address of someone else.

My packages never arrive when they are supposed to and twice the tracking has shown as delivered when it wasn't. I had to fight the company I purchased through for weeks to get my money back. I'm waiting on a package now that was originally supposed to have been delivered Thursday, then it was updated to say Friday, and now the tracking says information unavailable. I now am going to have to stop what I'm doing and drive over there to ask questions. This is why people dislike using the postal service.

They have a friendly staff. But it is what it is, it is the United States Post office. Pay for overnight, and it's guaranteed to be there within one to two days - go figure.

Never had any issues at this location. Staff has always been helpful and kind. Wish more locations were like this one.

My payroll is routed through this post office bi-weekly, priority mail, and is consistently late. I would recommend using an alternate form of delivery.

I was sent a package and they didn't deliver the package stating there was no valid address and they sent it back to sender. It's been two weeks and it hasn't reached the sender. The customer service representative stated that the address was correct and didn't understand why the package wasn't delivered. I've been waiting almost whole month now and still no assistance

On 9/11/2020 I went inside the post office and dropped off a birthday card with $100 cash in it. The birthday card never arrived to it's destination in Irving, Texas 75061. Thefts everywhere.

10 times they deliver my mail to wrong address. I get other people's mail all the time. I call to let them know and they get an attitude and hang up on me. Very unprofessional and they say they don't have a postmaster

They lost my stuff and since I didn't ask for a receipt, I can't even argue with them about it...bad part on me but beware of your stuff! Ask for receipt for sure if you must go to this location. I would just avoid it.

It was very busy from the time that I arrived around 5:15, at least 9 people in front of me. Everyone kept a nice distance, remained patient and calm. There was only 1 person working the counter, I regret not looking at her name tag she kept things moving and flowing. My receipt states clerk #02 but, she was at the far left next to the wall. KUDOS to her and a great positive attitude

I drive further to use this post office as the service is always good and the staff very friendly and helpful. (The exact opposite of the 76018 post office!)

By far the best location. I drive out of my way just to go to this amazing location... Thank You guys so much

Ran out to the Post Office at 4108 SW Green Oaks Blvd today. There were no long lines and it was very quick to mail out a package and get stamps. Customers moved in and out quickly. They had plenty of supplies to mail priority mail and the tellers helped the customers with a brisk pace. Mailed a package and got stamps in less than 10 minutes. Grade B++.

Has lost 3 packages in the last 2 months. Promises a call from the supervisor with no follow up.

USPS website advises ALL Post Offices have International Money Orders. Went to this one several weeks ago, and was told Gary is at lunch. Went back some 2 hrs later, Gary was still at lunch but another Representative went to Gary's area and sold me a I'ntl MO.
Today, went back to this Post Office and was told Gary is on Vacation. Lady Representaive said they were out of MO and didn't know where I could buy one.
Terrible sevice when it comes to buying Int'l Money Orders!! Got to do better than this USPS!! Train more people to sell them!! Is there a Minus Star???

Gary is always awesome....so courteous, friendly and helpful!! 5 stars for this location!
