Absolutely disgusting company and obviously corrupt. These parasites cancelled my landlord insurance and then charged me the cancellation fee over one messed up payment, i had my insurance on finance through CIA and Creation, there was a mess up with this incompetent lot and it was impossible to contact anybody to sort it, they claimed i missed a payment and yet my Creation account stated i was up to date and nothing was owed, to cancel my policy and to charge me for the privilege was both unnecessary and disgusting, steer clear of this lot.
