Many of us seniors, I'm 70, have worked out all of our lives. Not being able to get in a gym or play handball is costing us in health and balance. Most of us have no fear of this virus- flu yet we are governed by draconian dictators. If you feel you're at risk, stay home! That simple. Let the rest of us enjoy the limited time we have left.

wish there was below a zero rating this place is a joke and the people are rude and untrained. They dont care about the jobs they do and waste time ! it is a totally unprofessional place! people pay this state business alot of money to do simple stuff and this office is just incompetent!

You lie about the number of Covid positive tests. How can you not go by individual testing. We all know that individuals have had multiple tests. And we know people have been given a positive test result and they were never tested. This organization is nothing but a sham. Shame on you.. you are destroying businesses and lives with your inaccurate reporting.

I am not sure what I need investigated is being investigated here.

Governor Duce is reliant on this state agency for accurate covid 19 numbers. Unfortunately the numbers this agency provides does not relate in any way to illness or people sick in the hospital. The director is a fear monger Business is closed in Arizona due the director and her agency. People are in dire straights due to the incompetence of the director. Trust your gut instincts and your doctor. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY.

Waiting 2 hours to talk to the medical marijuana office and they hung up on me before even getting to talk to them, I just want assistance with getting my card it s been 6 WEEKS AND I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR PAIN TREATMENT THAT I DONT EVEN KNOW WORKS YET.

I can't believe this is a government entity. You guys sure love to take everyone's money, but when it comes to actually helping the people who put food on your plate you can careless!

Funny how Rules and regulations vary from person to person. They never return phone calls as well

Dr Christ is MIA on any leadership wrt COVID19 in AZ. She seems to be unfit for the job. Positive cases surge, hospital capacity decreasing and she does nothing. An embarrassment. Az in the news every night for surging cases will do more to harm the economy than the shut down did. And the addl human suffering that could have been avoided with some minor actions.

I'm hoping the arizona department of health services shuts down this disgusting disgraceful business. Idk how they are able to pass health codes with such low standards.

I'd rather hear I have stage 4 cancer and I'm going to die in 3 weeks than listen to these nincompoops answer my questions! So untrained! SHAMMEEEEE! I'm surprised this place has a 2.9 star rating.

WTH is going on with this place?! Why can they NOT effectively convey the status of Covid-19 in AZ? They refuse to provide the numbers of recovered patients in the state and make it sound worse than ever. Over 5,500 cases in Pima County; I am sure the first ones from March have recovered by now; let's have some REAL stats. Selecting one example, Maui county in Hawaii that is providing accurate updates- 122 cases, 113 recovered, 6 deaths. Do the math- 3 people ACTIVELY HAVE THE VIRUS! AZ, give us the REAL numbers with recovery rates. Not everybody in Pima County has the virus.

After reporting changes a little over a month ago, the numbers for COVID19 suddenly changed. AZDHS is completely untrustworthy and is harming the public by misrepresenting what is going on. Shame on you.

I cannot believe the level of incompetence and carelessness from healthy department of Arizona. Their main job is people s safety and well-being and what do they do , they jeopardize our health!
As gyms opened up the new rules rolled in that are created by the health department and Doug Ducey s office. I truly believe that they have absolutely NO background or evidence for that matter to make us keep unbreathable masks on while we re stationary working out in the machines which are definitely more than 6 ft apart and nobody is around. I m pretty much suffocating every tine I get on the elliptical. I do understand and it makes sense to wear a mask while you re waking around the gym, but absolutely NO sense for wearing one even you re stationed!
I have allergies all year round and I take medications. It s hard to work out and be stuffed up and keep swallowing my post nasal drip as it is, but when they make us wear masks on the machines, it s pretty impossible!
I called Arizona Department of Health today and they don t seem to care at all!
It s very unfortunate to see how incompetent and unprofessional government workers have become. From a personal perspective, these people didn t demonstrate any compassion or interest for that matter.
Very disappointing experience.
