Cafe has good deals, but casino really reaks of smoke. Not a good place to take anyone with sinus issues.

The room was not leveled the pillows suck and the price should have been lowered considering the amibenance

Excellent service and it is very good to play we are having a great time ... with the game my boyfriend and I ... we like the hotel

I just want to start off by saying that I stay at Arizona Charlie's Decatur quite frequently. This stay has been especially nice as we have a newly updated room in the meadows wing which are awesome with new furniture and new bath.

Been in here many, many times to gamble as well as eat. Love this casino

The Casino and rooms, are outdated. The buffet is okay, I suppose. Its a bit expensive, for a family. The restrooms are kept clean. The staff, isn't real super friendly. It's real Smokey inside, it'd be nice, if they could invest in a clean air filtration. Or spray some fragrant scent through the Air conditioner units. Its a great place, for locals. I'm not real sure, if it's frequented by tourist.

It's a place for the locals. It's convenient. Wish they crab legs. Love the 24hr bingo.

The employees there like to hassle you too much about putting your mask on when your trying to drink and smoking so we left basically as soon as we got there. Never again!!

I love Arizona Charlie's one of my favorite places to go don't go to Vegas often cause I get compt very well with all the casinos out here 8 rooms a mounth plus free play and gifts once a week but when I am in town will always be the one I come have breakfast love it

This casino is an armpit. Not so much because of the casino itself but the people it attracts. I feel like I'm walking through a ghetto here, that's why you'll never see me in there again.

Don t eat at the cafe. My husband and I ate there for lunch and there was a whole roach inside his omelette. They didn t say much other than sorry, see you soon. I m completely disgusted and I chose not to make a scene due to other people eating, I did my best to stay calm and not be inconsiderate. As much as they charge for the food only for it to have roaches in it. I m absolutely disgusted.

The room was large, 2 beds, nothing about the room seemed any different than other local hotels in town. It was comfy, plain, and the air conditioner could be set to 65 degrees at it's coldest. Also, played a in casino - cocktail waitress were pleasant which is a nice change of service from downtown casinos! The slot tech, I don't remember her name but she works graveyards shift or morning like 5:am she helped me at my machine... Anyway, she was awesome! Overall great people who work there, a felt well taken of and would gladly stay and/or play there in the future!

I went to pay some bingo. The bathrooms were desperately in need of a cleaning. I didn't see the rooms but the casino didn't smell too horribly of cigarette smoke so that was nice

Stayed here just to get away for a night locally. The room was nice except for the TV and channel selections. The TV is too little to even watch an $11.99 movie on and actually see the picture clearly and oh yeah volume issues. You have to turn it up to hear talking and as soon as action starts you have to turn it down or blast out the neighbors with the loud sounds. One more thing, They should invite a Starbucks vendor into this place. I wanted my drink so badly and couldn't get it unless I drove up the street. Everyone was nice and professional, my room was clean. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that you could hear everyone talking and yelling and they could hear you also. There were a ton of kids running in the halls at night and the halls wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana which is fine no issues except I had a no smoking room and it smelled like smoke. You also have to pay a $50 deposit for the room refundable but then you also have to pay a $50 deposit in order to watch movies. This is also refundable of course after they keep the amount for the movies. Their website says you can pay the room deposit with cash, but when I called and also arrived they told me it had to be debit or credit. Then once paying the movie deposit they said oh you can pay cash on this one. Crazy stuff. So bitter sweet. But ok

Worst stay I have ever had in Texas. Casino was out of player cards. Woken by a false fire alarm & notified more than 5 mins into the alarm going off. Also, its been over a week and even with checking out 11 hours early we are still waiting for the deposit to be refunded. Never again.

While gambling at the slot machines, the waitress was quick to offer us drinks

Good buffet and on Tuesdays bring your players card for BOGO buffet. You can't bet it.

They took out the 1 slot I enjoyed playing there. Wish they bring in American reels tho

The singer's were great, but the cig smoke was horrendous.

Location was good, rooms were excellent, casino was clean and service was on point

We had a delicious breakfast at the Sourdough Cafe then we got our Players Club cards from Ace play and had a very good time at that little tiny bar next to the cafe. Patty was our bartender and she is very hospitable and friendly and the slots were good to us today! We also signed up for the free football contest and got our picks in so fingers crossed LOL

One they want you to pay for WiFi and the girls at the front desk are not polite at all, the rooms are out of date and they don't have microwave ovens in the room. Would not stay here again

This place is thoight on paying out,, when you're gambling hope you are close to a Bar if you want a drink.. Or you just might not get one

Wasn't bad but wasn't great either more poker machines than anything.

Staff was upbeat and helpful. The stay was comfortable.

Not on the strip so it's good for someone looking for a quieter room.

It's a total joke for locals, but it stays in business! Hardly the worst place in Vegas.

Everybody is pretty nice but when you go to the gift shop sheila is very rude!!! She doesn't even say hello or welcome she ask for your ID gives you your stuff and expect you to leave

Sad and dark casino. The whole pit was closed, a few dealers standing around. There is a back corner that feels like a dark alley. I was amazed that people were playing back there. They may need to consider better lighting.

Good variety of games but the waitress's weren't so pleasant unless you gave them a tip they switch up an act nice.

Hotel with large rooms but very far from the strip.

Great locals place. Don't expect it to be like the Strip but friendly place with easy parking.

What another great casino, great food, great employees, very clean, feels like the local hangout, can't wait to go again.

Went to the casino. Had an okay time but was not impressed by the selection of slots.

The people were very nice and housekeeping did a great job. Not the nicest hotel in Vegas, but you get what you pay for. Recommended if looking for a cheaper alternative in Vegas.

Great locals casino! Never overly crowded. The newly renovated rooms are beautiful and big. Ron's Steakhouse is amazing! Food and drinks are a must.

Nice place, old Las Vegas atmosphere joint is clean, matter of fact, restrooms are cleaner than most strip houses. Friendly staff, good food at fair prices.

Great atmosphere. If you're an old school Game King Keno lover this is the place!
