If you like to go fast and furious this is your one stop shop. It's a dim lit smoke filled atmosphere. Locals fave.

Went for breakfast and really was good and reasonable

Very neighborhood-atmosphere, very low-key. Nothing fancy about Charlie's, but if you're looking for a huge"Dottys" this is your place.

Very Smokey only comefcome for the bingo buffet is terrible!! Same food all the time!!

They are doing some renovation work so it can deter me from going out to a lot.

Delicious , Sourdough Cafe, eggs and steak was done perfect. Great waitress also.

Sadly they have changed their food so much that I will no longer eat the buffet and the specials at the cafe are not as good as they used to be. I used to love this place.

We got hooked up with drinks. I heard it's been a headache before but this time I got more drinks than I spent on the machines.

I like to go to play the penny slots. The service is great, the people are friendly, the only complaint I have about the place is that half of the card readers on the machines won't read my players card. It's not my card, the machines need service.

It is not so hard to win if you play Video Poker, and the waitresses are very friendly and professional

I reserved an room at the Decatur location July 5. And when I got in the shower there where two towels that I had not used at all were hanging on the shower curtain railing. And when I sat in the Tub and seen under the sink area there where two more dirty towels.Called front desk about the matter and no one never came, and I end up having to go down. And go up July 6 to talk to director over everybody. And told her about the situation and was told that they will give me an room for an discounted price and it was an whole different price when I got down to the front desk. And as I was talking to the front desk clerk about the situation and ask for the director still nothing is resolved and about time I look around I have security on side of me like I was causing an problem. I have never been so EMBARRASSED AT ANY HOTEL IN MY WHOLE LIFE. THERE WAS NO REASON TO CALL SECURITY AT ALL. AND ON TOP OF THAT IT WASN'T THE ROOM THAT I RESERVED

Great food deals, staying open so far, mask mandatory, can still gamble and have a smoke. Clean, friendly service.

Locals casino for sure. Older but they're currently undergoing some improvements.

Great selection of the multi card keno and machines seem to pay out pretty good compared to other casinos.

I'm not much of a gambler. I go here for Ron's steakhouse. Very reasonably priced for the excellent quality. The staff is always kind & prompt.

They have a chef on the grill that makes excellent double cheese burgers!
There is also an asian bar.

One of the older looking hotel/casinos but it was clean and nice inside!

The rooms are so dirty and unsanitary I was unable to return to work for 2 weeks due to a upper respiratory infection I picked up while staying there.

Locals love this place... Its history shines out at you from the street... Great room rates, and gaming slots are loose. A must see place to visit.

Not sure if I got unlucky, but the room as over 90 degrees and did not smell well when I walked in, the windows could not open at all, the furniture was pretty beat up, and maybe since I had an end room as well it was pretty loud

Had a great time, services were great no waiting time. I feel I had to call for batteries for the remote for TV .O well can't have everything or can we Thank You

I will never go to this raggedy establishment in the future.....I went for drinks which weren't very good to begin with....Then one of their rent-a-cops told me I had to leave because I wouldn't let him harass me as I was minding my business and not disrupting the establishment at my car in the parking while on the phone and smoking a cigarette to hear better.....he asked to see my ID which I wouldn't let him because his initial question was "What was I doing" which I had already explained to him that I was on the phone and smoking a cigarette so after going back and forth with him about my ID about 4-5 times in a row he finally said that because I wouldn't show him my ID That I had to leave meanwhile I had already paid my money so that interaction was a waste of my time and uncalled for.....I dont appreciate being harrassed by low budget security guards especially if I have already paid my money and im trying to enjoy myself
To think whats going on in the country culturally I dont think anything about this situation other than the fact that I lived from it but just another "authority figure" over doing his part and this is all over an ID? Standing outside to smoke a cigarette? Standing next to my car in the parking lot? Being on the phone? Yea nothing constitutes the behavior.....but thats ok because my witness on the phone heard the entire encounter so I will be following up on this

The newly remodeled rooms are nice, but the smell of cigarette smoke was a bit overwhelming in the hall ways. The casino was nice, a bit dated, but never over crowded. We had lunch at the sour dough cafe, aside from an order of fries being very under cooked, the food was good. We tried the buffer for the champagne brunch on Sunday, the food was decent.

I dont hate this place. My hamburger was very so so. Smokey casino. Smells of smoke and old lady perfume.

The staff was amazing, the room was spacious, and the food was delicious.

Was plenty of parking space, staff was friendly and helpful, casino was a fun time, fast paced bingo and good slots!

I've always liked going here. Some times the gaming is so terrible and others it's really decent. The cocktail waitress seemed more frequently this time.

My first time was very cool my God to play a couple of slots ate dinner I would recommend they need more selection I slots they have one lucky 88 and a lot of Buffalo but overall is great

Hot Slots with very pleasant staff. The rooms are clean and we'll maintained. Restaurants all have very affordable, quality food.Excellent Bar service as well.

It is very clean, I love it. And that's where I always stay - they are very friendly employees. I will never change you while traveling to Vegas. You will be my second home.

The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Horrible drink service on the casino floor, You were late forever and at times will never receive a drink. I have also been lied to by the restaurant host stating they do not have available tables but yet 90% of the tables were completely unused. Over the last couple of months I have explained these issues to the managers and they only make excuses instead of corrections. I will not be donating any more money with golden entertainment because of Arizona Charlie s incompetence and rudeness.

My family and I were discriminated on the casino floor by one of the slot attendants. I have never experienced anything like this. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service that Arizona Charles has come down to because they used to be great. We will not be coming back.

Spent few days at this hotel. Bad service. No room service at all. I requested a new comforter and towels. They can't give it to me. Location is far to the strip. No shuttle or transportation to the strip.
