There doesn't seem to be any interactive live service resource center for the public that have been other victims of other injustices that they have experienced. Like all other government agencies and departments that are also not transparent with the public on the internet or otherwise. And there
We, Deaf, give them a zero star because they still do not understand Deaf's rights. They allow others to take advantage of us, Deaf. Very sad!
The people who work here are so wonderful. They are so kind and helpful (if they can). It seems that they get more requests for assistance than they can take on, unfortunately. The people who work there do try to help everyone that they can and are very knowledgeable. Truly wonderful, mind and knowledgeable people.
The intake worked tried to tell me they didn't do what I needed help with. Then when I asked her WHAT do they do? She listed off and I said that is something you do that I need help with. She blew me off AGAIN and said call back tomorrow.
