Amazing location.. lots of free space to move around and to park.. children's play area.. lounge area & bonfire pit in the backyard accompanied by live sports screenings.. wonderful food...live music.. great discotheque.. the lobby, staircase and elevator decor was great too...small nuances that count,.. when we visited, the place was decked up with fairy lights which was a plus

This place was a perfect getaway from hustling and bustling city like Kolkata. Situated 3 kms from mall road it offers everything in the cost range. The best part is the pickup drop facility it offers from mall road for guests. Anytime you call the reception (withing the designated hours) a car comes to pick u up and even takes you to sole tourist places. Very nice breakfast and different options every day. Games room is well maintained as well. All in a all this makes stay at Nainital worthy

Hotel Arif Castle is a beautifully built hotel...the best one for a family getaway.
It has a discotheque, sports room, massage spa and gym centre and really great restaurants and staff.
Dinner buffet is extremely delicious but the breakfast buffet can get a few additions.

Rooms are well cleaned and have beautiful view outside.

Overall, a great hotel in a beautiful location and really kind and helpful staff.

I would like to give ZERO star to this hotel. I visited this hotel on Friday 12th March 2021 and checked out from the hotel on 15th March 2021 and mistakenly i forgot my Zara coat worth 5K in the hotel room which was a gift from my husband for my anniversary. Upon realizing that i left my coat in the hotel while doing unpacking, i called the landline number available on their sites and found that none of them are working. Somehow i managed to contact the hotel and asked them to courier my belonging back to me, on which they bluntly said that they dont have any of my belonging with them and courier service they dont provide. Upon requesting so many times, they called back and said that they dont have the coat and cant do anything now. This is one of the worst experience i would say. I have travelled many other countries and places in India and never ever faced such an issue, but with this hotel, despite of ignoring the bad linen and dirty bathrooms, i lost my precious stuff and ignorant and poor management. I would like to request all to think twice before visiting this hotel as the management is not friendly at all and just in case if you forget anything in the hotel room, you will loose it forever. Not to forget, during the covid time, there was no sanitization in the rooms, and they left the dirty clothes in the room, door knobs were dirty and broken bathroom handles.

Not worth the price. Rooms are dirty and super deluxe room also looks small. Charged extra 3000/- from me on the name of extra bed even when on booking full family details were given on full price. Person at reception is the most dull person ever seen in hotels, doesn't smile nor welcomes are says thank you, no courtesy, was even reluctant to give bill for extra money charged probably was thinking to put in his own pocket.

This is one of the best luxury hotels I've been to! As soon as you enter the entrance gate, you feel the luxurious vibes. It is spread on 2.25 acres of land. The hotel is located on Waverly Road, which is approximately 3-5 km far from the Mall Road, but it isn't an issue because the hotel has its own pick-and-drop service from and to the hotel. The best thing about the hotel was it's food. It was way too exceptional. The dinner buffet provides with so many options that your plate can't handle and with exceptional taste. Breakfast also has many options. The dinner is well set with live music and bonfire, you'll totally feel out of this world. The hotel also has a gym, a discotheque, spa and sauna, Jacuzzi, a sports room consisting of table tennis, pool, snooker, foosball, PlayStation. It also has a net-practice pitch for cricket and a badminton court. The views are breathtaking. But I would suggest not to go with the lowest category room if you want to have views from your own room. The parking is also really big, can easily accommodate around 50 cars, maybe even more than that. The only thing I found which lacked in this hotel was the sense of hospitality. Generally, the staff in the luxury hotels greets you and even asks if we had a good day when we use to come back to hotel after sightseeing but this hotel's staff didn't do it once in 3 days. It isn't a big issue though. Altogether I liked the hotel very much. Especially the incharge of the sports room. He was really kind and even taught us how to play pool. It was one of the best experience in a hotel I ever had!
