Quaint place to stay. The staff was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the small, homey feel of Ariel House. They offer free parking and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance (5 minute walk). We would gladly stay there again.

The breakfast and the staff were wonderful. The location is good too. But... The room we got, was under the stairs and directly near the stairwell door(very, very loud). The so called garden view room , had the view of a basement. No sunlight, stuffy air, small in need of renovation bathroom, stinking water out of the shower. If I knew about the conditions of this last to rent room, I wouldn t have book it. This room was too expensive for its conditions!!!!
On the whole this is a good place to stay, the rooms are large (ours was a mini suite), and the location, spitting distance from the DART train station is ideal. Nor is it anywhere near as pricey as many. The breakfast was good, its not a buffet, so you get what you're given and portions aren't huge but the quality is AOK. The restaurant is small however, and though we got a nice table some families in later than us had to split up to be seated. The main niggle I have with the place is the state of maintenance, our bathroom needed the silicone sealant renewing, cracks everywhere, really tired and scuffed paintwork and the sofa, whilst 'period' in appearance also looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the 1900s either. Its not awful (yet) but it is noticeable, particularly the bathroom.
Good quiet location. There is parking but it is tight. The staff are great. Rooms are good size and well appointed. Nice breakfast served by friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.
A relation stayed here overnight as she had a hospital appointment very early the following morning. Staff were excellent and very helpful to her. Would highly recommend a visit.
Very friendly staff in a well laid out small hotel with large comfortable rooms. Perfectly situated for the Aviva Stadium, but you are probably not going to get a room during a major event. Well worth the five stars!
The stay was so lovely the breakfast was so good! My only complaint is there s a big mansion opposite the hotel and there very loud I could not sleep hopefully this problem will be solved totally recommend the Ariel House to anyone! :)
Honestly one of the most welcoming hotels I've ever been to! We arrived early for check in and planned to leave our bags but were offered breakfast and our room was turned around from previous guest checking out in about 30 minutes so we could check in early. Nothing feels like too much trouble and every member of the team we have met have been welcoming and bubble. Beautiful grand decor inside and would stay here again without doubt! Ps the breakfast is delicious!
We booked and stayed here for 4 nights on a short holiday to Ireland. The rooms and specious and very clean. The breakfast is menu based and absolutely lovely. The staff team are extremely kind and helpful to assist you with anything. The only comment about the rooms is that the windows don't have net curtain. So when you pull them open you are exposed with no privacy.
Really nice staff, good food and plenty of it . Totally worth the price and the distance to town. You have to take a train, which is 150 m from the location.
