Haven't stayed as a guest, but my wife and I go often to the patisserie there. The resort is always clean and easy to get through, and we love the live music from the bar next to the patisserie.

What can I possibly say? The Aria is a beautiful modern hotel run by people who genuinely care about making your stay a pleasant one. Upon arrival after a long day of travel, we were greeted with a surprise room upgrade to a corner suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. In addition, we got access to the Tower Suites lounge which had free refreshments such as bottled water, soda, and coffee. The views from the room were awesome, and when the tablet room controls didn't work upon arrival it was fixed right away as unobtrusively as possible. Room service breakfast was delicious (try the smoked salmon!) which was consistent with all the other restaurants in the complex we tried. The casino was even less smoky than most on the Strip.

We would absolutely stay here again, and probably will the next time we come to Vegas.

$20 for a bottle of weather $30 for coffee

$20 for a bottle of weather $30 for coffee
$25 Daily fee if you decide to use the fridge in your room .
Worst pillows I had , and no they do not offer anything else , rooms are big , cleaning is sloppy but if you ask to clean they will do it .
At the same time there was a tray out side in the hole someone left out from after breakfast ... it was there 3 days until they cleaned it out . The lines for the coffee , for the taxis it's just huge and busy .
There is also all sords off not expected fees like "resort fee" . Any how
Overall I hate my stay but I did stay for work purposes . Maybe if I'd decide to burn money for some kind of event ... doknow still way overpriced in my opinion.

The rooms are fantastic, with touch screen controls for everything from the lights and drapes to climate control and music. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very fun and interesting modern decor everywhere you look. The food at the Aria cafe, the Tapas place and the bakery type place was all ehh. Not bad, just fairly boring and bland. Overall a nice hotel.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and I have never have any problems whatsoever until this trip. I came here for Chinese new year celebrations and on this particular night, there is a performance right in front of the hotel with a wonderful high school marching band and then there was a Dragon dance and fireworks. They roped off almost the entire front entrance for this performance and I was there early with a bunch of other hotel guests, in the cold, hoping to get the front row view. Well, I was wrong, about 5 minutes before the show starts, the hotel security begins letting people from MGM through the rope and in front of all of us and blocking our view of the show. Was this show for the hotel guests or hotel personnel? Absolutely unacceptable.

I checked in around 8 a.m. on the 1st of November and checked
out a little past 7 p.m. on the same day. I was the only one in the room. I did not have any guests or acquaintances with me. Now, I came to find out that my room and subsequently my credit card were charged somebody else's roughly $300 bar tab. Very upsetting and disappointing. It is either fraud or somebody's negligent
mistake which would have been just as unacceptable. I used to think highly of this place. Please investigate this matter. Thank you.

We stayed at the Aria for July 4th week. We knew the hotel was absolutely packed due to UCF and NBA Summer League, but I never felt like the staff was stretched too thin. I was well taken care of. I've stayed at the Bellagio before too, and they're both nice, but Aria is significantly more modern.

Aloha! One of my favorite hotels in Las Vegas. Modern rooms and very roomy. Love the friendly and helpful staff. Love the Wall Waterfalls as well. Saw Mayweathers lambo outside. Saw him go in and leave. Then he saw me and rolled down his windows. Then he asked me if I really meant that he was gonna beat manny pacqiao. I said hell yeah. Then he told me to go to closer to car. He gave me $76 dollars. Heck yeah!

TheAaria is a beautiful hotel! I visited for a conference so I can't say how the rooms are. The convention center is big! But they have a lot of signs to help get you to your area. One session was short chairs and staff quickly added more. The nightclub was awesome! Very friendly people working here!

We used to love this hotel. Great location, food, amenities, etc. but our last stay was terrible enough that we will never stay here again! No one knows anything about anything. Reservations were messed up for us and employees of our company. During covid, no dining options were available when we wanted to eat. Room service stops at 2. Many things to note but I ll skip to the worst part. My husband s custom wedding ring was stolen. They know who took it and when they took it. It was housekeeping. Risk management just called to let me know there s nothing they can do. It s been 2 weeks of investigation . I found out the extent of their investigation was to ask if that person took it. A $15,000 ring. What a scam.

Hotel is right on the strip and centered to everything. But you really don't need to leave the hotel, they have great restaurants, bars, gambling, pool, etc.

I know the pizzazz of Vegas is to go all over. But if you're looking to relax, you can easily treat Aria as a resort.

This resort is amazing from the minute you walk in, the pools are OK, I've seen better.
The room is very nice, but be careful which room you get as the view from mine is very, very ugly... I'm looking at the top of a structure which is not the most pleasant too look art...
Be dreadful to pay for self parking $15 per day...

Over all I would stay here again, but would plan a bit better....

Front desk service was okay - requested to give me a higher floor room; lady tells me there is nothing available after 9th. Mean while my colleague was given on 15th. One colleague found a bed bug on the bed. Yellow pillow covers looked dirty. Bed was just fixed not made after first night. Towel fabric was no better than a $70 motel room - don't expect them to be plush.

Pros:

Pros:

- beautiful casino; simply but tastefully decorated
- good variety of restaurants
- rooms are nice and (for the most part) clean
- pool had plenty of places to sit/relax
- gym is large, clean and with a great variety of machines (LOVED the treadmills)
- friendly staff
- location is awesome for walking the strip

Cons:

- room hadn't been cleaned properly- giant ball of hair in the shower, food from the previous guest left in the fridge (smelled appalling when we opened the door)
- we asked for our hair dryer to be replaced (it died); came back to the room hours later and it had not been replaced; they just put the old one back in the drawer
CAVEAT: they cleaned the fridge and brought us a new hair dryer VERY quickly when we reminded them, but it was still a bit of a hassle
- BIGGEST CON: Aria buffet is way below the caliber of the property; the reviews on Google gave it a 4.0 but honestly I'd rate it more around the 2.5 - 3 stars. The desserts were absolutely delicious and there was a great variety, but we ate more of this than the actual food. Everything had been sitting there for quite a while or subpar (example: broccoli with cheese was literally just broccoli with unmelted shredded cheese thrown on top). Their claim to fame is a huge steamship beef but it was just cooked to death and dried out. A real bummer at $45/per person

Overall, still a pleasant visit but wouldn't stay again

I loved this hotel. This was my 1st time in Vegas. My room had a view of the strip and my room was very nice. I had only 1 issue. I optioned for a smoke free floor but every night I smelled someone smoking weed. Other than that I would like to stay here again. I wish I could afford to stay in 1 of there suites. I could only imagine how they are after staying in a regular room.

Im a Platinum Mlife member and have been staying at Mlife resorts at least 4-6 times a yr. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. We are trying to stay at all of the Mlife resorts to experience the different Restaurants and entertainment options that they have to offer but Aria was just horrible...from day one to early check out today...which is one day earlier than what we planned to stay..but couldn't take it anymore. First day we went shopping in the morning and we made appointments for my wife to get her hair and make up done and a deep tissue massage for me. The appointment for both of us was at 2pm and we had to attend my buddies wedding at 6:30pm...plenty of time right? Wrong! lol.
We get back to the room around 1:15pm in order to take a shower and go down for our appointments but guess what no water..so we call the front desk they just appoligize and tell us the water will be back on in about 4hrs. So we call Mlife and the front desk again 3-4 times till they finaly agreed to move us to a different room...its 2:45pm now and we are still not in the new room. At 3:05 we get to our room take a shower and go down to see if we can get our spa treatment...they tell us its too late they are charging us a cancelation fee and full price..which to me didnt make sense and I asked for the manager ...the manager was able to clear up everything and we were able to get out treatment finaly yaay. So the next day went by fine no issues but today I wake up early and go to the Valet to get my Rental( Lamborghini Huracan) for which I paid almost $1500 dollars but I lost my valet ticket...so the guy asks for my name finds the ticket they have I hand him my License my credit card and Mlife Platinum membership card and he tells me he cant do nothing for me because they cant just give me a 200k car and take my word for it...so I try to explain to him that I gave him my License credit card and Mlife card but he just doesnt even want to look at it.keeps on telling me that they have to confirm that it is actually me that brought the car in last night so I asked him what name does it say on the ticket..so he reads my name and then I ask him what name does it say on the license and 2 other cards that I handed to him and he reads the same name so Im furious by now because he still doesnt believe that Im the guy that came in with that car...finaly after about 45minutes or so talking to the rental company he gives me the keys to the car. His last name is Gonzales and he is the Valet Supervisor...his first name might be Adrian but not 100% sure. So ya thats my experience with Aria. NEVER EVER AGAIN! I'm at Caesars Palace right now and thinking about if I should give Mlife another shot...I hope somebody in the Management sees this and does something about it my Mlife number is 73563105

Helpful staff and nice rooms with integrated tech for curtains and lights. However, for a price like this, I expected some better amenities. WIFI was spotty and slow, even in guest rooms. I had to reconnect every couple of hours and the connection speed wasn't enough to stream 1080p videos smoothly. The in room service sandwiches were cold by the time they arrived. Other than that, if you can afford it, it is still a great place to stay for a weekend.

First off we paid 1600 for a strip view room and didn't get any view... We stayed for 4 nights on the weekend. The room was ok but very very hot I woke up sweating everynight. The blinds didn't want to close correctly it kept getting stuck you would have to stand there for like 5 mins to try and close it with the button. We didn't touch anything in the room we didn't even pick it up. And we got charged for a $17. Bottle of Fiji water. Then on top of all of this we had to pay for the service fee and we didn't use anything like the pool or fitness center. That came out to almost $200 at the time of check out. I don't know if I'll be going back to this hotel on my next trip. Usually hotels and casinos give you things just for being new and out of state this one was not one of them

Very decent pool area, one main pool with two adjacent hot tubs. Casino has plenty of 10$ min so to can take your time. Although I suggest always bet a lot. Go big or go home. It's Vegas, baby clean and confirmable. Reasonably priced. Thanks, Aria!

Our experience was top notch. I would agree the rooms are very high tech and super comfortable. All the staff we interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable. We spent a half day at the spa- excellent experience- certainly worth the recommendation. Many things to do that can keep guest occupied for days :)

One of the nicest and most luxurious casinos on the Strip. Great selection of restaurants, great gaming area and amazing suites.

It s not a cheap place to stay but when you come here and dominate in the poker room and at the Baccarat tables then it s all taken care of.

This was the nicest place I have ever stayed in. Food was fantastic and the staff was so nice. I would describe the room but I can't even do it justice. If you're going to Vegas this is the place you should be staying. If anyone is trying to describe this place to you they are doing it an injustice, just go see for yourself.

If you considered the price, the hotel doesn't deliver. Our room was pretty, but not clean. There is mold on the bathtub and hair on the floor (Not ours) and it's been there all 3 days we have been here. I couldn't believe there was no coffee in the room and they literally have the worst toilet paper ever!

The room rates were reasonable, approximately $100.00 a night. The hidden fees are asinine. Approximately $40.00 per day called a RESORT FEE, which enables you to do nothing. Car dealers refer to it as ADM. [Additional Dealer Markup]. No explanation and the manager was offended that I had the audacity to ask," Everyone does it", which is of course a lie, the Wynn, a much nicer hotel has no such charge. Valet parking is $39.00 @ day whether or not you use the car. I make a point of tipping the valet exactly $0.00 as they have already received my $39.00. The rooms are as nice as any Hilton that I've stayed in, except better service at Hilton Garden Inn, Doubletree by Hilton and Embassy suites. The steaks were tougher than shoe leather and when I asked the manager for a steak knife," They've been dropped from our budget". Fortunately I carry a hunting knife everywhere so I was O.K. The spa was a joke. "You have to pay for it before you can see it", kind of like Osama care. " It's a matter of privacy for our guests, but if you give me $50.00, we don't care about their privacy and you can receive a tour". During dinner our server quit or got fired and therefore no water, coffee, service for the rest of the night. The beds are very well worn in and very soft, in case you arrive with a good back you are guaranteed to not leave that way. Free self parking only costs $18.00 a day and is a 15 minute walk. The good news, no metal detectors so I was able to carry my gun in all parts of the Casinos, shopping centers and restaurants. Extremely courteous and apologetic employees.

Room was wonderful. High tech features were neat. Be aware of hidden fees at the end of your stay. We thought our credit card points had paid for everything but then got hit with a $40+ "resort fee" at check out. We're still not sure what we paid for because all we did was sleep in the bed and shower.

This was my first trip to Aria. After being charged $22.40 for 2 x 500ml bottles of water in room, I feel violated. The lounge offered me a buy one get one drink free coupon. I took it and they charged $19 for a drink that s $10 everywhere else. So much for the discount.
Aria is a rip of and I won t stay at this property or associated properties again.

We have stayed here a couple times and be aware there can be a long walk to your room from the elevators. The rooms are amazing with a big space and lovely bath. The iPad can control the curtains or dimming the lights all from your bed. The higher floors facing the strip make for great viewing at night with all the action on the strip. Everyone from the Bell men, check in/out desks, concierge and house keeper were amazing and helpful. Will always return to Aria when we are in Las Vegas.

Amazing place to stay! First and foremost... THE BEDS ARE AWESOME!!! I've read some other reviews that the beds here are too soft. This, to me, is just crazy talk! They are a medium firmness with a wonderful pillowy top. I have scoliosis and if a mattress doesn't have a certain amount of 'give' it causes me numbness, pain and even migraines. In my opinion hard hotel mattresses are far too common (if I wanted that I could sleep on the floor), but if you need that extra firmness, let them know and they will modify the mattress with an extra baseboard. My husband and I have stayed at 5-star hotels all across the country and this was the best mattress I have ever slept on! The room was incredible, the shower/tub area with the 'rain' shower was reminiscent of a spa (and I love the Citron moisturizer they provide), the city views were beautiful, and the employees were unbelievably pleasant and helpful. We arrived on a holiday weekend and the line to check in was a mile long, but everyone, (from the valet, to the bell hop, to the receptionists) showed genuine concern for our well-being. They opened every station and got everyone checked in quickly without feeling rushed or careless. From now on, this will be the only hotel we will stay at in Las Vegas, and we can't wait to go back!
