The Double 4x Cherry Reel has a broken handle and snagged our money. I complained and the lady who came to help admitted it was rigged and wouldn't give us our money back. I elevated it to a higher manager after she gave me a massive attitude and said "ya this is casinos "

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are a good size and the beds are pretty comfortable. If you are feeling less than energetic and want a sleep, there is just one button next to the bed called "night mode" that will close the curtains and turn out all the light! There are also lots of bars and restaurants here and lots of places to gamble.... (Well it is Vegas!)

I love the buffet at Aria Casino Las Vegas, The Asian cuisine is far off from what Asian food should taste like . Other than that its awesome, and the staff including the chef that manages everything aspect are friendly and offer exceptional service

The main problem is the bedding, there is no blanket or down comforter on the bed, and no extra one in the wardrobe either. The checkin line was really long also. Only good thing is we can order to go from the hotel restaurants including jean phillip so no need to wait in line downstairs.

First of all, one of the best of the newer Hotels and Casinos in Las Vegas. I've stayed in a corner suite and a standard room. Both were amazing. The tablet included with the room controls everything from room service to lights to temperature and the blinds. Nothing like being able to shutdown the whole room when you are going to bed without having to track down lamp lights and other switches.

I can't think of anything even close to negative to say about the Aria. Everything was perfect from check in to the convenient online check out. The room was beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised when the curtains automatically opened and music started playing when I entered my room for the first time. The view from my room (City view) was gorgeous. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend the Aria.

After some minor issues with our room we got bumped to a much nicer room and had a great time. The hotel staff and maintenance team were all extremely friendly. Even when things don't go perfectly, Aria tries to make it right which is one of the main reasons this is my go to place to stay in Vegas.

Updated and spacious rooms, super comfortable beds, tons of high-end restaurants, mid-level restaurants, a buffet (that's very good), a bar on every turn, plenty of gambling and slot machines. Everything you need under one roof. Also very close to other casinos, if you did want to venture out.

Aria Resort has been my choice for my past 4 Las Vegas stays, and MGM overall for my past 15 stays. I have no idea why anyone would stay with anyone else.Property location and quality are tops, the staff and the food, entertainment, and gaming options are beyond compare. Everything about the experience is consistently amazing, and they keep getting better, ie, adding Catch to the already world class dining options. The leadership does a great job with staff, as it consistently flows from VIP Services, through Front Desk, Servers, and Housekeeping Staff. There is a strong sense of pride and and obviously is part of the customer experience culture. Easy to feel like a welcome guest.

The place is just #Beautiful,!!! Direct access to Miracle Miles shops (if you're a big dreamer or a big spender). And, there is a bridge to the Cosmopolitan. Live entertainment, A1 spa service, great food, shopping (till u dropping ). Not sure if the self parking is free but the valet parking rates are ridiculous! I once paid $30 to park from 10p-1am (overnight rate ). Hence the 4 stars (instead of 5). Next time I will try self parking. Highly recommended

Great buffet, one of the best varieties of seafood dishes around. Staff generally helpful and knowledgeable about the food. Although the ice cream man could work on his customer services skills.
The servers are well deserving of a tip.

Stayed here for 5 days as part of a work conferenc...

Stayed here for 5 days as part of a work conference. The resort itself is very nice. Is clean and very modern, which i appreciate as I really don't like the older run down hotels on the strip.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are great and the curtains actually make the room dark, even in the middle of the day. The bathroom was large and clean. The room was also really quiet, which in Vegas is something you definitely grow to appreciate as there are not a lot of places you can go for peace other than your room.

The conference facilities are good as well. Although you need to prepare yourself to walk a lot if you're attending a conference here. Our conference was very large and i used the entire conference centre. It meant there was a lot of walking between floors and the east and west conference centre. Over the course of the day it wasn't uncommon for me to hit 10,00 steps and walk about 6kms just within the conference hall itself.

As beautiful as this resort is there are a few little things that bugged me:

1) The hotel brags about how you can control the hotel room using a tablet that is on the bedside table of every room. As a bit of a tech nerd i love these touches. However, in my room at least, the tablet rarely worked. It would turn itself off constantly and when you tried to turn it back on it would need to reboot about 5 times before it would stay on. When you go to sleep at night and turn the screen off the screen would light up about once an hour and light up the whole room. I don't understand how a tablet that i can't get to turn on properly in the day could turn itself on in the night repeatedly.

2) There is a serious dust issue, at least in my room that is. I believe the issue is coming from the AC unit as it looks like they tried to stuff a big filter into it. I can't image what it would have been like before they did this. The bedside tables, desk, lamps, etc were all covered with a layer of dust each day.

3) There are not a lot of options if you just want a quick small meal or fast food. There is one burger place in the hotel. Otherwise you're going to be walking over to the strip to grab something.

All in all I would definitely stay here again. I'd like to think issues 1 & 2 listed above were just in my room and that if i were to stay again i would not experience them again. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in Vegas and I think this is one of the better ones. Its certainly one of the best, if not the best, of all the MGM properties in Vegas.

Went here for lunch buffet. Wait in line mid week was about an hour so we were definitely hungry by the time we got in. They currently have a 2 for one bottomless drink addition which is a great deal vs the other buffets. Was pleasantly surprised by the many options available. Had a good mix of everything and was the best buffet out of the 3 on the strip we went to.

Gorgeous hotel! The orchid decorations were stunning. We had a great experience at this hotel! Who could not love the beautiful decor at Aria Resort and Casino Las Vegas. You can spend the day inside this hotel to include shopping, dining and more. Cirque du Soleil also does a show at Aria. Love the french pastry shop! And of course the casino is here too. It is easy walking to other strip shopping as there is a big variety of choice of things to do in Vegas!

Second time here. Really like the room setup and the pad controls. However we were woken up twice in the morning because the privacy button got turned off at night even though we didnt press. We think the goodnight button did it but it shouldn't in my opinion. Other than that everything is very nice.

3.5 stars . It was our first visit as.we usually frequent Caesars and Wynn/Encore.

The Good: Friendly front desk/reception, one of the most tech centered hotels on the strip, clean, good restaurants and ventilation.

The Bad: Valet service is a mess. It was raining cats and dogs Valentine's Day. Instead of parking the cars into the garage so it frees up space for guests to park closer to the entrance, they had everyone leave the keys and there were rows of unparked cars. Not the most ideal situation when you have two kids and an elderly parent in tow. Also check your bill before checkout. There were three refreshment charges on our bill and we never opened or touched any of the items on the snack bar. Based on other reviews this seems to be a common problem.

One of my favorite hotels in Vegas. Much cleaner than other hotels and while the rooms can get pricey, the amenities and service is top notch. Selection of food in casino is great and it s also very close to a lot of ice shops!Great way to escape the lights and sounds of Vegas while still being in the strip! Highly recommend for you next trip!

I sat at the roulette tables last night for probably an hour. Not once did I see a waitress or get to order a drink. The first dealer was fairly quick to keep the momentum going, however the second dealer was extremely slow. Slow enough I was pulling out my phone to waste time on Facebook. I can t say that I will return.

Very disappointed with the service at front desk. Took us approx 2 hours to get into the room after check in. Looks like they DO NOT take security seriously. Our door was wide open when we went to the room. The team tried to make our experience a good one but unfortunately the staff kept making mistakes and hence 2 hours after check in to get inside our room. They do need better training and a better culture as the staff did not look happy to be there which was a huge concern for us.
