I had this company drop off a couch for me and completely ruined my brand new floors. Damaged done was over 1400$ I had photos and videos to prove to them what their delivery team has done and they denied my claims. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Purchased a living room set from Bob's Furniture in Allentown, PA. Extremely unprofessional behavior displayed by Aria delivery. They attempted to deliver my furniture to a home which was located over 30 miles from my listed address. The delivery manager, located in Allentown, blamed everyone from the drivers (he stated the confusion was caused by a language barrier), to the GPS system and repeatedly bad-mouthed Bob's Furniture, blaming their routing department. In order to remedy the situation, there were 14 phone calls placed between the Aria manager, the driver, the store and myself as well as 13 text messages between myself and the driver. The manager/drivers did not follow unloading instructions and caused a hazardous traffic situation in front of my home. They pulled over and unloaded on a busy 2-lane road with no shoulder, even after I requested they pull around back and provided an address to efficiently get them there. Many thanks to Mia at Bob's Furniture for assisting with the situation, but unfortunately we will not purchase anything else from this store as there are too many issues with the 3rd party delivery service.

Arias delivered my bed and my adjustable bed frame from Mattress firm.the delivery guys scratched my floor.they said I did not have a receipt to sign for delivery.i immediately had the driver call the office.i spoke to a lady from the office and the ladyaddressed my complaint and said she would get back to me. she called my wife back saying they would investigate.a few days later I get a registered letter from United Home Delivery (same address and suite number as Arias) and they denied my claim.not only did they deny my claim,one of the delivery persons FORGED my signature on the receipt that the driver said he did not have to give to me.i am going to take legal action.Please beware!!!

Your delivery team did an excellent job. They were in proper attire especially with covid and did an amazing job distancing while doing my delivery! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I got a mattress delivery today from this company....

I got a mattress delivery today from this company. I ordered from JCPenney and the delivery email said it was from Ryder, but I guess they sub out to local carriers. They were actually able to deliver earlier than my scheduled time, and called to make sure it was fine with me. I wasn't home at the time but they were waiting in front of my house when I arrived. Delivery took all but 2 minutes: they brought in the mattress, put it on the bed frame, took off the plastic, and had me sign. The two men who delivered were courteous.

No waiting long! Delivery was on time!! Julio Nolasco & Jhovany Rios were very professional & careful when placing the new matress. They promply placed the old matress where requested. Great team work from Nolasco & Rios!! Thanks!

1. Movers left mess in room.
2. Elliptical was assembled too close to the wall. When we asked if the distance was sufficient, they assembly men said yes. On the first use of the machine, the elliptical foot portion hit and damaged our newly painted wall.
3. We placed claim with Aria logistics and it was denied. They stated "no damages in process." While the elliptical was assembled, it was assembled too close to the wall. The damage to the wall was a direct result of poor assembly. This elliptical still can not be used as it is too close to the wall.
4. Claims adjuster never came on site to see the damage.

I would not use this dishonest and unethical business. Not only was our wall damaged but we can't use the elliptical, as further use would cause more damage to the wall.

Update: Company denied claim. We had to call Norditrack which refunded the white glove delivery cost.

I've had multiple deliveries from them and their service was excellent. They kept me informed about the time of delivery. They always came the day that was scheduled.The delivery team were always kind and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the set-up of products delivered like my new couch!

I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. This is a long post, but I hope this helps someone in the future.

I purchased my furniture from Bob's Furniture. I got my bedroom freshly painted and finished by my painter the day before the delivery. The delivery guys then damaged my bedroom wall. Delivery guys at first said they didn't do it, but then offered to go to the bank to "make it go away". I said no and filed a claim. No one came out to my house to examine the damage. My claim was denied. I was furious to say the least. I found out through Bob's Furniture that my claim was closed out bc I never followed thru??? Bob's sent me an email to the manager and I had to restart the whole process. They claimed my girlfriend was under the influence of drugs and crazy. I was literally on the phone while they were talking to the delivery person who admitted he offered to go to the bank and pay. Even with that being said, they still didn't think they could approve me the full amount it cost me to get fixed. How does one admit they messed up, try to pay me right away, but the company doesn't think they can pay me the full amount it cost to fix?

In the end I was actually approved for the full amount. I had to sign a release from them before they could send me the check. The release basically states I can't take further action. I signed it hoping this nightmare would be over. Boy was I wrong. It has been 3 weeks since they acknowledged my signature and would send me the check. I have called 4 times since and get the run around. One time I got told the person I've been dealing with isn't in until Monday. I called the next day and was told she no longer works for the company. One time they took my number and said they would call me back in 5-10 min after they speak to accounting, but I never got a phone call back. Last time I was told it was definitely sent, but the accounting person who released it isn't in, but they will call me back when they get back from lunch. Guess who never got a phone call back.

This company sends certified mail everything so they have proof of the customer receiving it (smart of them). Somehow with me a person is either fired, or not there when I ask for the tracking number to the check I've been told has definitely been sent out. Regardless of who sent it, the system would show it's sent under my account with the information. Do not trust this company. They don't care about their customers. No reason why I get every single letter of theirs in 2 days, but I am not waiting 3 weeks for something "definitely sent out" and "will be there soon" . I just want this nightmare over with, but I got a good feeling it is far from over.

We had ordered a piece of furniture that was with a different logistics company first. They didn't communicate at all and we were at risk of our piece being sent back to the manufacturer after 12 weeks of waiting for it to arrive with no contact from them at all! ARIA came in and saved the delivery! Their dispatch staff quickly stepped in to contact the other logistics company to retrieve the piece from them and then they were in constant contact with us to make sure everything on their end ran smoothly. Their delivery staff was professional, friendly, and helpful!
