Very rude and extremely unprofessional....this includes staff and doctors!!!

I love Dr. Saknovsky, but trying to make a sick appointment in the morning is horrible. Online it says the office opens at 8:30. It is now 9:12 and I have called the office about 30 times. I keep getting "the office is currently closed" message.

She is thorough and efficient. This office always gets you in on time. No waiting. The staff is also pleasant to work with.

Love the girls that run this place, Kelly is one of the best nurses I've ever encountered, knows what's she's doing she's fast she listens she actually answers the phone when you call her or if she's on the phone and cannot answer she calls you right back no waiting hours (if youre lucky)to hear back.

She willed medical exam for my Green Cart. I got 2 request for evidence in different time. She is the worst doctor . She did not sign medical examine and I missed my vacation. People, do not come to her. She is terrible Civil surgeon!!!

This is actually my primary physician. I love my doctor. She is amazing.

I moved out of philadelphia my new doc sent the release to get my records but this office REFUSES to provide MY FULL RECORDS. I am now placing reviews and filing complaints with the state and Jefferson hospital directly cause the office manager advised they don't handle it Jefferson hospital does well thats a lie.

The worst doctor ever. She sets up appointments with patients at 9am and shows up to work at 10am. Every time i had to wait at least an hour and a half after my appointment time to actually get called in. Very very unprofessional!

Love love love Dr. Saknovsky. Love her staff also. She helped me at my lowest. Was able to walk .She gave me strength .I could not thank her enough .

Dr. YANA Saknovosky is treat and street doctor. She has, by her own staff's admission got rid of any patients (aka a very large portion of her patients) requiring more than a sick and go visit.

If they are elderly on coumadin, suffering from pain management, anything that requires her to not stop and gossip with the back office for 20 minutes while you wait for a simple rx then go elsewhere!

Shes verbally abusive and sadly I stayed with her for longer than deserved while dealing with my own personal issues. But I needed my husband with me to ensure she could not talk about me being "fat" (I'm not I had gained weight on a seperate medication) when I was there due to a kidney infection!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Very rude and condescending. Does not listen to your symptoms and rushes to sell dental products.

We love Dr.Yana and always recommend her to our patients that are looking for a new Family Dr

I've been seing yana for about 8 years and she is absolutely the best. She is fast and super professional. She is straight up forward with you and she will never prescribe you antibiotics like most doctors do unless you really really need them.

The office personnel is extremely rude, loud and Then hung up on when I was only trying to resolve the mistake that they made. I called tight back (5 secs later) and spoke to office manager Cheryl who was just as bad asking me well who did you talk to If you don t know I don t know either I replied they just hung up on me so whoever is sitting right next to you. She then started questioning me about my niece s birthdate and wanted to talk to her. Mind you she is special needs!!! Not to mention the dr sent the blood script to the wrong lab and I didn t know until After a 45 minute wait and a 45 min drive home from work to pick her up!!! Me and my family will never go through Jefferson ever again !!
