I would rate Argyll and Bute Council as poor. I received a penalty charge notice for parking a Motorhome in the Luss Car Park. There is no signage specifically stating no motorhome, the only sign states light van are allowed. The car park has parking for coaches and mini buses. There were large camper vans parking and they did not receive a PCN. Be warned Motorhomes are not welcome it just revenue collecting against motorhomes.
